ZillowVERIFIED We are definitely not typical real estate customers, and so each time we have moved to a new state, we have needed to find a realtor who was willing to listen, willing to work with our unusual search parameters, and expertly negotiate with sellers. Plus, this time around, we had a new search parameter that made the prospect of finding an appropriate property nearly impossible. With all that said, we are SO THANKFUL that we found Elvira Hanna for this home search. Elvira remained enthusiastic about finding us a property even with our ridiculously narrow search parameters and short time frame, and even when we dropped the ball or skipped a piece on the loan process a couple of times. I was impressed by her extensive experience and knowledge of property issues and grateful that she shared her expert opinions with us, demonstrating that she cared as much as we did about finding the right home for us. Elvira wowed us with her formidable skills in negotiation - both in knowing when to back out of a potential deal, and in negotiating with the eventual seller on price and access prior to closing. She also connected us with a local lender and followed up with the lender to make sure that various parts of the loan process were completed in time for our move. We were able to search for a home from 2000 miles away during a pandemic, and move into our new home that meets our needs in time for us to start our new job, all thanks to Elvira Hanna.

ZillowVERIFIED I could go in and on about Elvira Hanna and the whole Hanna Realty team, but Ill keep this short and to the point. From the moment we met Elvira, we knew she was the agent to sell our home, as well as help us with the new property we purchased and built on. Elvira paid close attention to every detail regarding the sale of our home in Deland. Elvira and her team brought in only qualified potential buyers, and we received multiple full price offers even before the first showing, and that trend continued for a very short few days until we chose the buyer that we wanted to sell to. We couldnt have done this without Elvira, and we wouldnt have wanted to this process with anyone other Elvira and her top notch team. I would and WILL recommend Elvira Hanna to any and all of my friends looking to sell their home. Thank you Elvira for your guidance throughout this process and for all of your hard work in getting our house sold. YOU ROCK!

ZillowVERIFIED I cannot say enough about the work done by Hanna Real Estate. Elvira helped me sell my mother's home under very difficult circumstances. She guided me through every step and made knowledgeable and sound recommendations. The words "calm and cool under pressure" are quite appropriate. I am thankful beyond words for the effort she and her assistant Daisy displayed. I have every intention of using Elvira Hanna and her staff for our next purchase or sale when the time comes, without hesitation. I strongly recommend Hanna Real Estate and you are welcome to contact me if you so wish

ZillowVERIFIED Elvira, spent about 6 months helping us find the perfect home for us. And trust me I know I had to drive her crazy, We found about 5 homes before this one which didnt do well on inspections or I had buyers remorse, she patiently put up with my indecisiveness , although I think secretly, she probably wanted to walk. But never gave up on us, patiently hung in theyre with us and couldnt have been more professional. She has become like family to us,and she also has a assistant Daisy, who also went over and beyond to assist! Great Realty Agent proud and privileged to call them our realtors. If you choice Elvira Hannah as your realtor, you truly hit the lottery! Thank you ! The Coppolas

ZillowVERIFIED We were not familiar with the area and Elvira's local knowledge was so helpful. We told her what we were looking for and she found multiple homes and as we spent time talking she narrowed it down to find the ideal home for us. Also, since we haven't moved to the area yet, Elvira and Daisy went up and beyond all expectations to help the purchase go thru smoothly.

ZillowVERIFIED Elvira is simply amazing. We originally contacted her because we were looking for a rental property. We had thought about buying a home but weren't sure if we were qualified to even get a pre-approved and had no idea where to even begin. Elvira pointed us in the right direction. She gave us the information we needed to get our VA home loan started. From the moment we started the home loan process until the moment we closed, Elvira was very involved. She listened to the things that were important to us. She sent us homes that fit our criteria and was very thorough with each property we looked at. Elvira stayed on top of everything after our inspection showed there were many issues that needed to be resolved. She was always willing to go above and beyond to make sure everything was completed by the sellers. When the listing agent for the seller was not available to make an appointment, she took the time to do it herself. I could go on and on honestly! Elvira is very professional and makes the home buying experience a breeze! We will definitely refer anyone we know to her and use her for anything related to real estate in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED Elivira was a great agent. She followed thru with every aspect of making the sale. She did walk thrus of the house with us and some minor recommendations to help the sale. If we were in town, she would make sure we had an opportunity to meet to discuss how the sale was going and she made sure we didn't have to worry about the house because we don't live nearby. She priced it right, helped us find a handyman and grounds personnel to make the house presentable and have a curb appeal. Not only did they do an excellent job, but they were reasonable. Elvira showed the house to potential buyers and kept us up to date on the results of the "lookers", so we would know how it was going and in addition know if there was more we could do "make the sale". She was recommended to me by a friend who she had helped to find two homes he purchased ( at different times). I would highly recommend her to any seller or buyer.
