She told us what to add and remove from our condo so certain rooms would appear larger when photos were taken. She also would not accept the first offer as she knew we could get more money(and we did). ZillowVERIFIED From the moment I met Elpis, I loved her. She is incredibly kind, professional, classy, PATIENT and honest. She listed my studio apartment (which I thought would be impossible to sell) in January of 2020, and I was in contract shortly after the quarantine mandates were lifted and realtors became ESSENTIAL workers. She then helped us find the home we are currently living in after looking at HUNDREDS of houses in what was an absolutely brutal market for buyers. She made appointments for showings because we were very Covid conscious, she waited in lines for us to enter homes, often times in inclement weather, and she would watch my son in my car while I went in to view homes. Truthfully, we were NOT the easiest clients to deal with. There were times where we didnt trust the process. We even made her cry. But she still worked her butt off for us, and we are so lucky she did. She ALWAYS went above and beyond, and it is very evident she has her clients best interest at heart. After that, we knew that the next real estate transaction we were involved with would have to include Elpis - only we would want her representing us - whether buying or selling! A couple years later, we needed to sell the home of my parents who had recently passed away. Of course, I called Elpis. She was an angel at a most difficult time. She was so sensitive as to the emotional toll of having to go through such a difficult task. She was soothing, kind, and a voice of reason throughout the whole process, always very available and responsive. She knew how to price the home perfectly, stage it, show it, and negotiate it with such smooth expertise that we were completely confident and relaxed in how she took the burden off of us. She had a buyer within 2 weeks, followed through on each and every necessary step, and went way above and beyond from listing to closing. She even offered valuable, much needed advice regarding cleaning the house out and dispensing of a life times worth of contents. Elpis went out of her way to come to me since I had an injury and had difficulty getting around. She was knowledgeable, professional, and had a personality like no other agent I have met before. She asked me a series of questions and commented on my responses so she could qualify me for the best choices according to my wish list. I was very picky, and knew I was driving her a little crazy, yet she didnt even bat an eye despite my very tenacious demands.
