Review My wife and I reached out to Riley after using another agent for nearly a year. Within a couple of weeks of working with Riley, we identified our dream home that had just entered escrow. Due to Riley's diligent follow up with the seller agent, we got to walk through the property just in case the deal fell through. To our surprise, the current buyer ended up backing out of escrow and Riley was able to get in an offer that was accepted under asking price. Riley was incredibly knowledgeable throughout the entire buying process and answered all of our questions. We now live in our dream home in Laguna Niguel thanks to Riley.
