Ellie made the selling experience as easy as possible and helped immensely with staging and suggestions for preparing the home. For example, a sun room/storage space which we had never thought of livable space was turned into a reading room/study area with desk and light. Time taken for short interviews, home highlights, and other media-based material was used on social media to help generate interest in the home and was completed tastefully and professionally. Her team was organized, well prepared, and patient with us as we went through the process of prepaing paperwork and documents over the course of the sale. Ellie came highly recommended through a friend and our first meeting was a total introduction to just what a force she could be! Ellie looked at a house we had been interested in and immediately scheduled a viewing. She went through it and picked out all of the areas where they hadn't put in the effort. She quickly pronounced the unit as not being something she would recommend. She then took us to a home that she would recommend and showed us all of the features that made it something we would want to consider.
