We were very nervous about the purchase and needed Real Estate Agents we could trust! Ellie and Cailly went above and beyond to help us. They asked a lot of questions to really understand our wants and needs, gave us great information about the area and neighborhoods, quickly checked out any listings we were interested in, took videos (or did Facetime sessions) to show them to us, gave honest opinions, offered cautions/considerations when prudent, negotiated like the pros they are, and handled arranging all the inspections and other business needs. I really appreciated their positivity and support while we searched. They even opened the house for us a few times after closure, before we arrived, to help us get extra cleaning done and for the movers to deliver our furnishings. Additionally, Ellie's admin team was great at communicating about all the needed paperwork and handled everything quickly and effectively. I cannot say enough good things - we are now super fans of Ellie, Cailly, and the whole Ellie Team. Ellie found a buyer within the first couple days of our house being on the market. This first deal ended up falling through, but within hours she found another buyer and a back up. My husband and I lost our 29 & 1/2 year old son this year in a very tragic way. He left us some of the best parts of him with his 3 beautiful children and Ellie is so personable she cried along with us. Then 3 months almost to the date later we lost my step dad of 32 years and my mom was left trying to pay the house and all the bills on just her SSI. We found she couldn't do it and she was struggling badly even after after 1 month. I immediately called up Ellie and she was on it to sell moms house. She was by the next day. The house sold so fast mom hadn't even boxed up the 25 years of stuff in the house.
