Lei (Ellen) Zhang is the BEST realtor I have encountered and 5 STARS all the way, and this is coming from someone who has an associate degree in real estate and a salesperson license at 18. Ellen helped me to sell my condo at a top price, almost $20,000 over what I think it would sell. She also helped me to purchase a townhome that received almost 20 offers, but I was able to beat the other offers using her strategies. Throughout the whole experience, she always maintained her professionalism even during testing times, she always tried her best to answer my phone calls which I really appreciate, she also made me feel that she is on my side and that she has my best interest in mind. Not only Ellen is the best realtor, she is also a great person who is kind, sincere, and understanding. Ellen, I just want to let you know that using you as my realtor is one of the best decisions I have made this year. Your helping me to buy this townhome is very uplifting and gives me great hope for the future. Last but not least, your kindness, compassion, and understanding throughout this whole process is inspiring. So from the bottom of my heart, I want to say thank you, thank you, thank you!
