ZillowVERIFIEDEllen helped me to sell and buy my house , buy and rent multiple investment property. For selling it was buyer market but she staged my house and we were under contract in the first week over the asking price. Buying my house was under asking price. For buying investment property it was seller market and she made my offers to be accepted by sellers. She is very knowledgeable, kind and available for her clients anytime. If you need an agent Ellen Conti is your best choice.

ZillowVERIFIED This was our first time buying a home and Ellen could not have been more helpful! She worked tirelessly to find homes that appealed to our needs and were within our budget and she was patient as we made our decision. She really went above and beyond to make our first time home buying experience as easy and exciting as possible, especially in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. I highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling their home.

ZillowVERIFIED From the start of our selling process until the last minutes of closing Ellen was extremely helpful and professional. From helping us nail down the perfect listing price and acquiring professional photos of our home to guiding us through the closing documents and paperwork Ellen's knowledge of the industry and the way she connects to her clients on a personal level made selling a breeze. Since Ellen was our buying agent on the same house a few years back, when we decided to test the waters with selling there was no question as to what agent we would use to help us list. Only a few short days on the market, we had multiple offers on the table and ended up selling for over asking! We cannot thank Ellen enough for her hard work and commitment to our home selling process. If you want someone who is professional, personal, and willing to do whatever it takes to get you to your real estate buying and selling goals, Ellen is your agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Ellen has helped me buy and sell many homes, along with family member and friends homes. Shes no part time realtor. I have contacted her late at night and weekends, and always responds. She has talked me out of bad homes and showed me how to make my home look beautiful to sell. That being said my homes have all sold whithin 14 days or sooner.

ZillowVERIFIED Ellen is excellent to work with! Her experience is like no other. We are so thankful that we found Ellen. She was our agent when we bought our first home, has since helped us sell it and now we are in our new home. We were unsure where we wanted to end up which I am sure is challenging for an agent but she found us the perfect house! We have known Ellen for many years now and highly recommend her to anyone searching for a home or looking to sell. Could not ask for a better agent from start to finish.

ZillowVERIFIED My Husband and I worked with Ellen to sell our first home and recently worked with her again to sell our Aunts Estate . We really cant say enough good things about her. She is knowledgeable, approachable, personable, endlessly patient, and incredibly generous with her time (including mornings, evenings, and weekends). She answered every question and explained every form and every part of the process clearly and thoroughly. Selling a home in this market is challenging, but working with Ellen made it as painless and straightforward as possible. We highly recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED I have used Ellen Conti as my realtor for the sale and purchase of 3 homes over the past ten years. She is extremely professional, accommodating to buyers' needs, and motivated to sell your home! As a very choosy buyer, Ellen was more than patient with me and found the perfect house. She has even made herself available for questions, consultation, and to provide information through the years. I will continue to use Ellen Conti for all of my real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Ellen represented me as my real estate agent last year in 2017.She was extremely professional, polite, compassionate and very knowledgeable. She was very responsive and answered all my questions and concerns promptly without any delay. She helped me throughout the process until my house was sold. There were couple of issues that came up during the process, but she negotiated all of them in my favor. I was very happy that she represented me. I would recommend her to anyone without any reservation.

ZillowVERIFIED Ellen did an amazing job helping us find our first home. My wife and I had a basic idea of what we were looking for, and Ellen showed us a lot of different options in our price range. Before finding the home we purchased, we had found a great home, but hit a snag that prevented the process from moving forward. We got a little discouraged at that point, but Ellen came right back to us with a few more houses and we found one we absolutely loved. She was very attentive to our needs and helped us with the process whenever we had any questions. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
