Ellen was a delight to work with. We were in a multi-offer situation and she was on top of the negotiations from start to finish. Even when she was out of town for part of the time, she set aside her vacation plans and stayed in constant communications with all parties. When things got complicated, she kept her cool, and kept every one on track. Things could have spun out of control easily, but Ellen remained calm and focused. She kept it about business, and did not let us take it personally. Her people skills and professionalism saved the deal in the end!
