Elizabeth Weiss

Q: 1. What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?

Start with clarity around budget, priorities, and timing. From there, stay flexible and focus on overall fit rather than perfection. Working with a responsive agent who understands local market dynamics and explains options clearly can make the process far more manageable.

Q: 2. What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?

Preparation and pricing are critical. Homes that are positioned thoughtfully from the start tend to generate stronger interest and better results. I encourage sellers to focus on presentation, realistic pricing, and a clear strategy rather than reacting to short-term market shifts.

Q: 3. What types of clients have you worked with?

I’ve worked with first-time and move-up buyers, second-home purchasers, downsizing and relocation clients, investors, and sellers at many stages of life. My experience also includes small-scale commercial and investment properties, which can be helpful for clients evaluating long-term use or income potential.
