ZillowVERIFIEDWe had a wonderful experience working with Elizabeth Scully and would recommend her to anyone from the White Mountain Valley area or anyone interested in purchasing a home in that area. Her knowledge of the area is exemplary, and her professionalism while helping use navigate some unforeseen issues was a calming force. She went above and beyond, and we are so grateful for her support and assistance. We could not have done it without her!

ZillowVERIFIED Elizabeth was super. She knew what to price our condo at so that it would sell and at the same time get us what it was worth. Some brokers put a pie-in-the-sky price and it never sells. Others price it below market just to get a quick sale. We couldn't be more pleased with the prompt attention she gave our property and the responsiveness to any questions we had.

ZillowVERIFIED I have used the professional services of JT Realty Lakefront to Mountainside on two occasions over the last 10 years, both with outstanding successes! They are courteous, knowledgeable, and make selling a pleasurable experience on all levels. My most recent sale of Nordic Village H-119 by Elizabeth Scully got fast results and the highest price noted for the year on the premises! I would recommend these ladies to anyone interested in selling or buying properties anywhere in the Mt.Washington Valley. DR SAM AMARI,JR Haverhill,MA

ZillowVERIFIED Elizabeth assisted my husband and I with a property purchase in Maine. Because we live out of state, we needed someone who could handle everything for us. Elizabeth did an excellent job and I would highly recommend her. We needed to settle quickly and she made that happen. She also brought in others for the title search and property survey who were also excellent. Elizabeth is professional and very competent. I would definitely use her again if I needed an agent in the area again.

ZillowVERIFIED Elizabeth made selling our second home an easy process- from listing and showing, through closing. Her knowledge of the Fryeburg area and Kimball Lake attracted the right buyers! An extra bonus is that she is great with communication, and was always prompt to reply to any questions we had. We will be using her services again in the future!

ZillowVERIFIED Elizabeth was excellent to work with as the buyer even when she was representing the seller. She was very fair and knowledgable and didn't waste any of our time leading us down the right path. She referred us to a mortgage broker that was excellent and was able to close the deal and make things happen. Very much appreciated Elizabeth being part of our buying experience not being from the area.

ZillowVERIFIED I worked with Elizabeth from April through July to purchase my recent home. I requested numerous viewings, many times on short notice and multiples in any given evening or weekend day. We saw probably 20-25 homes before executing a sale. Elizabeth is detailed, responsive and knowledgeable. She was very flexible and accommodating to my many requests and patient and responsive to my endless questions and details. Overall, we had an excellent transaction and I am very happy with my purchase and the process facilitated by Elizabeth. If you have a home for sale or looking to purchase in the western Maine or White Mountain NH area, look no further than Elizabeth to partner with you for a successful transaction.
