ZillowVERIFIED If youre looking for a real estate agent in the Fairbanks area, look no further than Shaun Kraska with the Elizabeth Schok group. From the very beginning, she went above and beyond in every possible way to make the entire selling process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Shaun was always available whenever we had questions, promptly returned our calls, and even scheduled Zoom meetings whenever it was more convenient for us. She took the time to thoroughly explain every option available, ensuring we fully understood the process and could make informed decisions every step of the way. What truly set Shaun apart was her willingness to do far more than what we expected from a realtor. She connected us with contractors for potential repairs, offered valuable guidance throughout the process, and consistently advocated for our best interests. Her knowledge, professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care gave us complete confidence from start to finish. We cannot say enough good things about our experience. There is absolutely no question that we would recommend Shaun Kraska to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the Fairbanks area. She exceeded every expectation, and we are incredibly grateful for everything she did for us. Thank you, Shaun!

ZillowVERIFIED Elizabeth is a true professional- she took amazing care of all of the details! The transaction had many layers of negotiation and she navigated it all seamlessly. She also helped with coordination with the property management team and the nuances of the local real estate customs. We would encourage using her services in the Fairbanks market.

ZillowVERIFIED Elizabeth did an outstanding job selling our home. She was timely and communicated very well. Her local knowledge was apparent when dealing with an out of State lender and issues that could have moved our closing back considerably. Instead she handled it and we closed timely. I highly recommend Elizabeth Schok for any real estate needs! A+

ZillowVERIFIED Once again, I find myself grateful for Elizabeth and her incredible skills as a realtor! She was BRILLIANT in researching the wood stove in my parents house to complete the sale of that home in seemingly record time! What could have been a very time consuming and cumbersome process, through her persistence and diligence, the stove passed emissions and the sale closed without a hitch. My mother and I could not be more pleased with her and highly recommend Elizabeth for all your real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED We attempted to sell our house on our own for approximately 1.5 months, with no luck. We contacted Elizabeth to take over the sale of our home and within one week, we had numerous showings and an offer we subsequently accepted. She was very helpful & knowledgeable throughout the process as we worked with her and appreciated her warm, friendly personality (especially at stressful times).
