Review I've bought and sold 5 properties over the past 20 years and Elizabeth has been by far the best agent I've ever worked with. She came prepared to it first meeting with comps and her thoughts about the value of my house. She walked the house thoroughly and did not rush anything. When I started getting offers, she walked me through all of the possible ways we could respond. She also connected me with an electrician to do some work prior to the sale. She's realistic, a good negotiator, and a kind, understanding person. I wish I had met her when I bought my first house so that she could've been with me for every sale and purchase.

We put our home up for sale in early January right when the real estate market began to tumble in the Austin, Texas, area. This was a time when interest rates rose to a new high level since the pandemic era of low rates. We actually had our custom built home listed for nine months. During these nine months, Elizabeth conscientiously not only worked hard for us, but also served as our emotional support throughout. She remained very honest with us and tried to keep our home relevant in the current market. She also called us once a week, without fail, to chat with us and keep us current on any real estate news and trends. During this stressful time, she became a friend to us and our most avid supporter! She always expressed a positive attitude that we would eventually sell our home and when, nine months later, a buyer came- we closed on the sale within 36 hours! I asked for agent recommendations on a local group, and Liz was one of the most frequently mentioned. She was one of six agents I asked to interview, asking each one 20+ questions. Liz was by far the most experienced, knowledgeable, kind, andaEUR"most importantly to meaEUR"honest. I knew within seconds of meeting her in person that I had made the right decision. Review We listed our home with Elizabeth in 2022. She might be an amazing buyer agent but as sellers (who moved out of the area) we had a hard time getting feedback and information from her throughout the process. We used her recommended cleaner for a post move deep clean and she approved the work/cleaning (so she said) and showed and sold the house not the cleanliness we expected as a professional and when we brought it to her attention nothing was done. We often felt she was with holding information and or not passing along information throughout the process. Towards the end of closing we just didn't trust anything she told us. She promised he would mow the yard before the closing (8 weeks empty) and it was delayed and only half done at the time of the sale (she definitely was not expecting one of us to go up and check everything out the day before the scheduled closing). Dealing with 2 realtors at the same time it was just a night and day difference in the level of service and communication between the two. Elizabeth did not call us or offer much communication as the deal got iffy towards the end and let the whole thing fall out of contract at the closing. Post selling she just texted let us it was funded but has not communicated further since. After a few days post sale we finally had to reached out to the buyers agent to get the utilities and internet equipment switched over due to her lack of response. Hindsight being 20/20 we definitely feel we lost out of $$$$ because of her representation, communication, and handling of the sell.
