ZillowVERIFIEDI need to acknowledge my realtor Elizabeth Rolfe. I retained her services by word of mouth as well as her online success's. Because interest rates were starting to climb, Liz and I decided my best chance to obtain a property using my VA entitlement, and a loan assumption. I found a property and we had heard the process would be a 90-day process. To get the sellers to "choose," me, Liz negotiated a 3 month rental lease after which I would take over payments of existing loan of sellers. It may sound easy, but it was not. Through thick and thin, and a sellers realtor that was morally corrupt, unavailable and down right dishonest, Liz stuck it out, and I am a homeowner again. Liz kept me informed, made the calls and stood up for my best interests even when the sellers realtor was playing games. If you have the opportunity to obtain a quality real estate agent like Liz.....do it. Thank you Liz Rolfe.
