ZillowVERIFIEDElizabeth helped me sell and buy. She is extremely knowledgeable helpful and was patient with me finding my new home. If your looking to buy a home Elizabeth is the person you want on your side!
ZillowVERIFIEDElizabeth helped us look through multiple houses over couple month period of time to find a home we loved. The process had already been long and stressful and Elizabeth helped make it bearable as we closed on the house we finally choose. She was friendly and easily contactable and her children are adorable.
ZillowVERIFIEDWe LOVED working with Elizabeth! She was understanding of our wants/needs, made herself available whenever we needed her, and was helpful throughout the entire home buying process. She even helped us with things we were unsure of and was great at willing to negotiate!
ZillowVERIFIEDElizabeth Rice is a dedicated, hard working professional who strives to meet the needs of her clients. She I very detail oriented and focuses on each individuals needs and wants when entering the real estate market. My experience with her was overwhelmingly positive and I would recommend her when you begin your search for a new home.
ZillowVERIFIEDMy family and I was looking, got in touch with Elizabeth and right away she began to look for homes of the descriptions we've asked for and even showed us the potential of other properties that we ruled out before, but really fit our needs. Then, we placed an offer, went through the loan process and Elizabeth was able to answer or get answers to the questions that came up! Moving forward, we received the clear to close... That same day my fiancA(C) and I found our dream home that just came on the market... Even though we made her start all over, she stayed patient and guided us throughout the process all over again. Thanks again, Liz!
