Review Prior to this home buying experience, I had never written a review before - call me old school, but I never really had a reason to write a review, until nowaEUR|I have made the biggest purchase of my life thus far! And it warrants one. I had been touring Open Houses on my own for little over 2 months, in one of those Open Houses (Sun June 9, 2019), I received a Zillow alert that a new listing in my price range had popped up, and since I was in the area I decided to drive by the property. I like what I saw and wanted to make sure this house didnt go on aEURoePendingaEUR? status before I could see it. It is then that I pressed the blue Contact Agent button on Zillow, and within 30 minutes I was connected with Elizabeth Partida Realtor from Keller Williams Realty East County. Initially I was shocked to have had Zillow connect me so fast with an agent, especially since it was on a Sunday morning (11:00am-ish). Elizabeth Partida was able to arrange a private showing for the following Tuesday (2 days later!). In addition to seeing the house I was interested in, Elizabeth Partida was actively providing listings and scheduling times to meet to see other properties. Another pro is that I was also very much pleased with Elizabeth Partidas way of communicating and having resources available when I asked for recommendations. Like connecting me with the Lender that made it happen for me!! I am happy to say... I Closed Escrow on the house I initially reached Elizabeth Partida out for! I understand that not everyone will get the 1st house they place an offer for, but in my case, Elizabeth Partida really worked to push to get me my house! I feel and am lucky to have met and worked with Elizabeth Partida, her professional manner and work ethic is what stands out most.
