My husband Walter and I moved across the country that in itself is a daunting experience. Liz helped us every step of the way from finding us the perfect house in a lovely neighborhood to coordinating the closing on our house in Buffalo, NY to the closing on our new home in St. Augustine, Fl. Liz is a Licensed Agent and has the skills and knowledge to make the process of finding a home that is perfect for you a very pleasant one as an agent she is truly invested in making things right for client, Liz even went with us to pick out a new floor to be installed in the kitchen - that is dedication - and she has good taste too! Liz Pappaceno is one of the best realtors we?ve ever dealt with, and if you work with her, we?re sure you?ll agree. Buying a house during Covid was not an easy task for our family. Luckily, we met Liz Pappaceno, and that made the whole process feel normal. Liz pays very close attention to your needs and is quite responsive, her communications are phenomenal. When ever we wanted to see a property, she would often offer to get us in the same day, she . She also came prepared with useful information such as comps in the area, pros and cons, and maintenance advice to name a few. When it came time to negotiate, she was competitive and always put our interests first, even if it meant more work on her end. She was quick to place our offer and write up the documents quickly and accurately. When it came time to closing, she was once again, simply phenomenal. She meticulously reviewed all documents and caught errors made by others. She was at the inspection, assessment, and also made time to meet other professionals at the house when we could not. Even after we closed on the house, Liz kept in touch making sure we had everything we needed. In sum, working with Liz Pappaceno was a pleasure every step of the way.
