I have bought and sold 3 properties over the last 18 years and I have never worked with a realtor of Elizabeth's caliber. She is a force. She is honest, has vision, experience, knows her pricing and is an excellent negotiator. She also moves very quickly. Beyond that, she is a genuine and incredibly caring person. She knew exactly what to do to sell my house and had a team to make the right updates quickly and well. She always picked up the phone and called to check in. She even drove 40 mins (each way!) to help me select new countertops, sinks and lighting for my renovation. She personally went to town hall to pull records that we didn't know about. Beyond that - when I was packing to move, she sourced dozens of boxes for me and delivered them herself! A feat considering how busy she is. And on my moving day, she showed up to my house before her morning coffee to see if I needed anything. Honestly, I don't know how she does it. She's worth every penny and more.
