ZillowVERIFIED We were looking to buy a very specific home in an area we had never visited and found Elizabeth through the Zillow app...so it was totally a leap of faith for us since we didn't know her or anyone who had ever worked with her. She and her team (Meredith, Jamie & Alex & even her sweet husband Lonnie) went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed from a live zoom tour of the house and surrounding area to plenty of advice and jumping through hoops to get the deal done by setting up repair folks for estimates to navigating thru EXTREMELY difficult lender & seller issues. We will always recommend them!!

ZillowVERIFIED Alex at the Monarch Group was great to have on the Team !! I only marked down the Neg Skills one star 'cause the market is so tough from a Buyer's perspective in L'Ville, that it's very challenging under these circumstances.

ZillowVERIFIED Very professional and knowledgeable agent (Debbie Wilhelmus) that handled the sale of our rental condo. She recommended some minor upgrades that ultimately led to a closing price above our asking price! We couldn't be happier and recommend Elizabeth Monarch Group to anyone looking for truly dedicated realtors who will make your experience in buying or selling a home a rewarding one.

ZillowVERIFIED Elizabeth Monarch was absolutely fantastic as our realtor. We could not have picked a better realtor. We know this because our house sold in 48 hours. Their advice before during and after the sale was excellent. If I could give them more stars I would. We also made good friends.

ZillowVERIFIED I highly recommend using this realtor. They are trustworthy, supportive, and will negotiate to get you all the best possible offers. I was a first time home buyer. ZillowVERIFIED Our experience with Elizabeth Monarch was wonderful. She guided us through the listing process and was extremely helpful when negotiating with the buyer. We were very impressed with how quickly our property sold. Elizabeth is motivated! We had worked with her when we purchased this property so we knew who to turn to when it was time to sell it. We have only positive things to say about her and her group. If you want to sell a property in Louisville or the surrounding area, we highly recommend you list with Elizabeth Monarch.

ZillowVERIFIED I have used Elizabeth to buy and sell multiple homes. The service she provides is above and beyond what I would expect from a Real Estate Agent. She kept us informed of potential showings, gave us good feedback, and also met us at multiple properties at all hours of the day. Anytime we had questions, she was timely with answers, and always went to bat for us in dealing with other Real Estate Agents. I would not hesitate to use her again, or refer her to friends and family.

ZillowVERIFIED Elizabeth did a great job listing our home and getting a multitude of showings going immediately. It sold in less than 2 days! ZillowVERIFIED Elizabeth not only helped us buy our first house but we also used her to help us sell that first house and buy our dream home. She has not only been our agent...she has gone above and beyond her job by always being there for any questions/concerns/problems that we had, promptly answering questions and/or getting us the help that we needed. Recently, I had a tax question that she helped me solve and also needed a referral for a contractor, which she gave me a great referral. She helped us through a difficult deal with the seller of our now dream house. She really is the hardest worker I have ever met. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED Elizabeth is wonderful! As first time homebuyers moving from out of state, we were clueless! And we were so lucky to have Elizabeth by our side. She has such a great knowledge of her town and all the personalities of the neighborhoods. She helped us find our perfect house in the best neighborhood for us. The process was painless! 4 years later, Elizabeth helped us sell that starter house. Again, painless. And it was sold in less than a week. You won't find a nicer person or a harder worker. Guaranteed.
