Elizabeth Mills is a top realtor due to her commitment to see the sale through. Selling houses, especially at the upper end of the upper-middle income real estate market, is tough in a frozen market. Where its neither a seller nor buyers' market. Elizabeth went above and beyond by making sure I got my asking price within 3 months of listing the property. I had only lived in the late-model newer style house, for a couple of years, so I had not built up much in the way of equity, so had very little wiggle room. Overall, totally impressed with Elizabeth's professionalism, focus and for filling her promise to sell my property where others "realtors", just was not sure if they could or not.
