ZillowVERIFIED Elizabeths probate expertise is what made us decide to choose her to help sell my late fathers home. She really knows the process and was able to guide us every step of the way. She has access to resources that would have helped us clean up the property/sell anything of value if we chose that option although we were able to sell as is. The property was unique but she was able to provide some good comparators to bring us to an evaluation we thought was more than fair. She is super responsive and she was honestly just so kind and thoughtful. It was such a tough situation but she was incredible. We ran into a couple hiccups with some citations on the property but again she was able to guide us through everything seamlessly. Cannot recommend highly enough!!

Mrs. Miffleton was always professional, courteous, kind, knowledgeable and gracious. She always went out of her way to accomodate me and my needs in finding the house of my dreams. She was able to help me envision it and know what I needed as well as what I wanted and she was able to show me how to incorporate those two. Mrs. Miffleton went above and beyond what her responsibility to me as far as being a Real Estate Agent. She listened to me and made me feel like she truly valued my ideas. She was able to bring my ideas to fruition and I was able to get the house of my dreams. With every twist and turn, and there were many because of the lawyers, the court trustee, the financial advisor and all the many people that were involved with the purchase of the house through the trust, with ease, with professionalism, with the right knowledge and with diplomacy (even that was needed with some one). I also work in the customer service industry and am very aware that it is wildly important to ensure that: (1) your clients have the necessary information to make informed decisions (whether small or big, like purchasing a house); and (2) that their expectations are established appropriately and met. Elizabeth exceeded in both aspects. The amount of effort and time she put into walking us through the process is unbelievable. Not only did we feel like we had all the information we needed to make those decisions, but also felt like we were in good hands.
