She's also very kind, a trait that I feel is extremely rare and important when working with an agent on buying a home. Aside from a some money pits dodged and a whole bunch of offers outbid by investors, we didn't have much to show for it. As first-time home buyer, everything is new to us and we probably asked a lot of "dumb" questions due to unfamiliarity with the process. Lizzie is extremely patient and extremely responsive to all of our questions. Even when she was on vacation, she followed up with everyone to make sure that we could close our house as soon as possible. More importantly, Lizzie is great at negotiating. There was one issue in the house that we wanted to get credits and because of Lizzie, we got more credits than we originally expected. She also had wide connections to awesome loan officers, real estate attorneys and inspection people. Our loan officer, attorney and inspector are all recommended by her and they are as fantastic as she is. Overall, it is a pleasure to work with her; she took care of everything for us.
