A good friend (and former client) came to me asking if I could help their parents find a home near them. The parents lived a few hours away and my friends were looking at starting a family of their own and wanted their parents close by. After a few months of looking, the perfect house came on the market about two weeks before I left for my honeymoon. They completely fell in love with the house so we needed to make this happen. I always make sure my clients are taken care of and supported along the way. With the help of my team, and an international data plan, it was a smooth transaction. We got all the paperwork in and with a little negotiation, we secured them a great deal on a one-of-a-kind custom built, passive solar house just ten minutes from their son and his wife.
