Elizabeth was just wonderful throughout the whole process of buying our new home! We relocated to TN and after 6 months of deciding whether to build or purchase a home, Elizabeth helped us to easily make the right decision. She helped us through every step of our purchase! She was always available for questions we had and anticipated any unforseen situations that could arise. She was knowledgeable and reassured us through our closing (which went very smoothly). We highly recommend Elizabeth to anyone considering to purchase or sell a home.

Elizabeth was absolute joy to work with! We came to Tennessee with no idea where to even begin. She helped guide us find a home that we were truly happy with. Elizabeth answered every question we had with no problem. She tackled any challenges that we had head on and was very professional. She made sure that we got everything we wanted in a home and more! She is an effective communicator and is very detail oriented! Elizabeth is NOT just looking for a commission, she truly cares about her clients and wants them to be happy. We would not have been able to do this without her! We will be using her for any future home purchases and highly recommended anyone else to do the same!!

Elizabeth is one of those realtors who is both incredibly kind and incredibly knowledgeable about the local real estate market (Spring Hill). Her kind and inclusive personality are great at helping this new-to-Tennessee, west coast transplant in navigating a first-time home purchase. She excels at communication and knowing which questions need to be asked and really advocates for her clients. I couldn?t recommend this amazing realtor and feel like I?ve also made a friend!

cant say enough good things about Elizabeth and the level of service she provides! She really goes above and beyond for her clients! This was my second time having her as my realtor, and I am still blown away by the effort and hard work she puts in to make the buying/selling process as easy as possible. She is very professional, timely and wonderful with communication. She does not forget even the smallest details, and makes sure to keep you informed at all times. The marketing and drone footage she captured for my home were also top notch! I would definitely recommend Elizabeth if youre looking for an amazing realtor, who pours their heart into what they do!

Elizabeth made the entire process less stressful. She was very patient even though the slow process of me getting my home ready to sale took me around a year. She was very knowledgeable & explained the best & worst case scenarios so I could be prepared. She was always available to answer any questions I had when I was still unsure about what I wanted to do. I would recommend her to anyone wanting to buy or sell. Elizabeth made it a positive experience for me.

This is a long review but, it's worth the read! Especially if you're looking for a realtor to help you buy/sale a home. So, I wanted to wait a couple of days after selling my home before writing this review. Mainly because I don't really know how to convey just how amazed I am with Elizabeth Leanza as my realtor! With the help of Elizabeth, I sold my house in under 30 days. I don't mean it was on the market for 30 days before it went under contract. I mean my house went on the market, came under contract, AND closed in under 30 days! Granted, the house itself and it's location were not something that Elizabeth had any control over. Nor did she, or any realtor for that matter, have any control over the pace of the lending office and those factors do play a HUGE role in buying/selling a home! Things Elizabeth, and other realtors, do have control over is how they advertise your home and how they interact with you as a home buyer/seller. Now, with that being said, I should also note that I am a veteran and I do hold people to a higher standard, as do most veterans. Elizabeth far surpassed my expectations in every aspect as far as what I think a realtor should be like. Now, I will reiterate this, if you're selling your house, a realtor doesn't have control over the house itself or where it is located. Also, the realtor doesn't have control over the the condition your house is in, what or when you get offers on your home, nor does the realtor have any control over how the buyers act when your home is under contract! With that being said, before I ever contacted Elizabeth, I put a lot of time into my home to get it ready for the market. When I finally did contact Elizabeth, I asked her opinion on a few things and more importantly, I listened to what Elizabeth had to say! Elizabeth will give you all the information you need as far as buying/selling a home! You might not like what she has to say. Especially if you're the type of person who's sitting on a 1 room shack and expect to get paid millions for said shack but, Elizabeth is the expert and she will tell you the honest truth! You just have to listen to her. If you want to buy or sale a house, Elizabeth Leanza is the realtor to go with! Elizabeth's advertising, knowledge, and professionalism as a realtor is 2nd to none! You, as the buyer/seller, just have to put in the effort, listen to what she says, and trust her to do her job! I promise, Elizabeth Leanza won't let you down!

Elizabeth went ABOVE and BEYOND helping me find the right home! I met her about a year and a half before I knew I would be ready to buy, and she kept in contact with me and helped me get everything in order when I got ready to purchase! She helped me find exactly what I was looking for and where I was looking for to best serve my family and in our budget. She addressed every concern and went past my expectations. She is phenomenal! For buying or selling, I would highly recommend her to anyone in the middle TN area!

Elizabeth was exceptional in every aspect. We moved to TN over a year ago and she got in touch after I started looking for recommendations to get an idea of the market. For more than a year Elizabeth kept in touch and was sending me information until we decided to go for the property. As soon as we were ready she was able to find us our perfect house on a prime location and recommended a Lender. We were able to make an offer within a week and she kept us in the loop thru the entire process and was available at any time. Elizabeth is a professional in every aspect and if I could give her more than 5 star would do it.Thanks for the excellent job on making our dream a realityDon & Steph

Elizabeth is a fantastic real estate agent. I am an investor and she assisted me in every way possible to make the procedure simple and efficient. I was having trouble finding the rental property I wanted from my search due to low inventory, Somehow Elizabeth Managed to find me a fantastic duplex property in Columbia Tn that was not listed on the market and was absolutely perfect. Shes constantly on top of things and fixes problems that can come up before they happen if you take her advice. She was well prepared to answer any questions that I had. From offer to close my transaction with her was the smoothest I have ever had. She is the Best Realtor I have ever worked with (I have worked with many in different states) I highly recommend her.

Elizabeth is a five star Tennessee Realtor that can source and deliver great investment properties on target, on time, on budget and even in the hot Nashville market. After several visits to Tennessee I decided to move my decades long California investment in multi-units to the Nashville, Spring Hill, Columbia area. Elizabeths knowledge of the area, great communication skills and professionalism gave me the confidence to move forward with her as my real estate agent. Elizabeth secured 6 ideal units for me within price range and location with great cash flow. I could not be happier! Elizabeth saved me an average of over 40k off asking price on the properties I purchased plus negotiated that the sellers pay for a home warranty on them as well. She is currently looking for the next one for me. I highly recommend her!
