First - think about what matters most - budget, your lifestyle and where you want to be located. I have buyers look at everything that they are remotely interested in. It truly helps to eliminate homes and it narrows down what becomes most important to them. I showed a couple around ten homes one day - and I made them look at one that was not on their list. He almost told me they were not going to go - that was the home they bought. I tell people that they will truly get a feeling when it's the right one.

I will discuss them their expectations on price and the current market. If there are some things that will help it show better - then we will address those. I think keeping things very realistic is super important. Constant updates on the market and feedback from showings is super important. I also spend resources on marketing their homes the best we see fit.

All different types!

I helped a good friend who had recently been through a divorce find the perfect home for her family. It was not on the market and while I was showing a condo to my banker - she mentioned that she had a client about to sell a home in the area that we were looking. She connected us and we were able to get the house before it hit the market. I represented both parties and it was such a great fit.

I have had a few businesses and when COVID hit - I wanted to add to my plate and learn about real estate. My husband is a developer and he encouraged me to get my license. I loved learning all about it and our area is one of the fastest growing areas in the state. I love working with people and helping them find their home is very rewarding and fun.

Our real estate commission offers so many great resources and training that I always attend. I had a business in the direct sell industry and served on a board of directors for it as well.
