Get in touch with a local lender to understand the financials keeping your financial goal in mind. Don't be afraid to ask questions!

2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
De-clutter, de-personalize and neutralize! You want shoppers to envision the space as their own. "Less is more!" Don't forget about your curb appeal, first impressions are everything.

3) What types of clients have you worked with?
Sellers, Buyer, Renters, Investors, that is the beauty about my industry, I have the opportunity of serving everyone.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
Life brings different seasons, first time home buyer, selling due to divorce, down-sizing. I value when client's are trusting me with this major life decision. I had the opportunity to assist a couple downsizing from their two story home into a single story, this was not an easy decision and their trust meant everything and they have become life long friends.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
A decade ago when our family was shopping for our home, our Realtor saw my passion and mentioned I need to be in real estate. I went to school and then she hired me! I enjoy meeting people and heart to serve. It is truly my passion and gift!
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
Seller Representative Specialist - understanding the listing process and educating clients
Home Evaluation Specialist Designation - a twelve hour course designed to help agents understand the inspection process. I will know what to look for when you are ready to buy and sell!
