We had a great experience selling our home with Vine House and Elizabeth Gleason. She took a really good look at the house and told us what needed to be cleaned, repaired, moved, rearranged or banished from the house. Once that was done, she had a great stager come in and stage everything to best advantage. We have never looked so tidy and classy! Elizabeth gave us great advice as to the asking price and the open house. We had lots of showings but no serious buyers, then economy got weirder and she advised us to adjust the price. A couple of weeks later, we got the offer we were looking for. Closing was quick and easy and now our wonderful house will have a lucky new family settling in soon. Elizabeth and the whole crew at Vine House took great care of us. We always had good communication, helpful recommendations, all showing/selling processes explained, and when it came to closing time, we knew exactly what to expect.
