Kandida is an excellent realtor! Throughout the entire process of looking at homes, she was outstanding. When touring homes, we always started with the one furthest away and worked our way closer to where we currently live. She showed us homes multiple times when we were making offers or forgetting details. She stayed within our search criteria with every home we toured, and was exceptional in working on offers and negotiations. We cannot recommend her enough if you are looking to buy or sell your next home!

We had a great experience selling our home with Vine House and Elizabeth Gleason. She took a really good look at the house and told us what needed to be cleaned, repaired, moved, rearranged or banished from the house. Once that was done, she had a great stager come in and stage everything to best advantage. We have never looked so tidy and classy! Elizabeth gave us great advice as to the asking price and the open house. We had lots of showings but no serious buyers, then economy got weirder and she advised us to adjust the price. A couple of weeks later, we got the offer we were looking for. Closing was quick and easy and now our wonderful house will have a lucky new family settling in soon. Elizabeth and the whole crew at Vine House took great care of us. We always had good communication, helpful recommendations, all showing/selling processes explained, and when it came to closing time, we knew exactly what to expect. Happy to recommend Elizabeth Gleason to anybody thinking of buying or selling!

I had such a great experience working with Erika! She was super friendly and responsive throughout the whole process, and I really appreciated how much she taught me about real estate along the way. She was always available to show me homes, and even hopped on video calls with me when I was out of town so I wouldnt miss out on listings. What stood out the most was that she never tried to rush me into something that didnt feel right. In fact, she pointed out red flags in some homes I thought were goodaEUR"she called them "lipstick" housesaEUR"and I'm so glad she did. Erika genuinely had my best interest at heart.
