ZillowVERIFIEDElizabeth was a master agent who knew what she was doing, knew how and when to move, and was flexible and extremely helpful in my purchase. Polished, personable, and knowledgeable, Elizabeth made my purchase easier and explained the process every step of the way. I also found her to be trustworthy, so you will not be disappointed with her services. Worth every penny!
ZillowVERIFIEDElizabeth was fantastic in our journey to purchase our home. My wife and I were extremely pleased with her service. She consistently followed through on her commitments throughout the entire home buying process, from initial steps to closing. We appreciated both her professionalism and her personable approach.
ZillowVERIFIEDI worked with Elizabeth Gassos to buy my first home. From our first phone call to discuss my goals to closing day, Elizabeth was an absolute lifesaver! She guided me through every step of the process, answering all my questions and requests. She was an asset to have in my corner, fighting for me until the finish! Elizabeth was patient, understanding, and compassionate about helping me find my dream home. I seriously couldn't have asked for a better realtor. If you're looking to buy a home, don't waste any more time; give Elizabeth a call and let her guide you to your next home!!
ZillowVERIFIEDElizabeth was AMAZING every step of the way. From the start, I was impressed with the way she and her team operated, actively sending me very personalized recommendations instead of an automated MLS feed. She was clearly an expert in her market, and well aware of all of the future developments in the area. She was immediately available for any important conversations, and her equally talented team members seamlessly stepped in to help along the way. Her recommendations and advice are on-point. I told her that was struggling to find a good lender, and I couldn't be happier with her introduction to Elizabeth ("Biz") Salathe. It was icing on top of the cake when I learned that they are such a dynamic duo! I had often heard that it's important that your lender and agent work well together but didn't realize the true value until I witnessed their relationship. As a new investor, I initially thought that a lender's most important job was to give you money, but quickly learned how much more value a lender can bring to a deal. Biz took the time to explain all of the details behind the lending process, helped me to understand what prices would be in my comfort zone, and was a strong advocate for me when I was making an offer. It was certainly not an easy process to acquire this property. I know that I was a HUGE challenge: being a first time homebuyer-investor, buying out of state, having an extremely specific property criteria and on top of all of that, I was determined to use one of the most difficult loans! Elizabeth handled each step with grace and confidence, and always had my best interests at heart. One of the major challenges happened early on; I found a great property and wanted to see it, but before we get the chance to schedule the walkthrough, the seller takes it off the market! Without skipping a beat, Elizabeth calls the seller's agent to ask why. It's as she suspected- they weren't getting the offers they were expecting. Investors had been offering prices way below listing, due to cap rates being low. She knew that I was using a different strategy and that cap rates would be less critical for me. She shared that with the listing agent and convinced them to show us the property! And since it was still off the market (and I'm sure due to Elizabeth as well), my below-asking offer was accepted! At a later point was an even bigger challenge, where my earnest money was at risk. Tensions were high, but she calmly strategized a plan (and a backup plan or two) to ensure that I was maximally protected. Although I came in with high expectations (she came in highly recommended from a friend who is an equally amazing realtor), they were exceeded. Elizabeth is not only at the top of her field, but serves her clients with genuine kindness!
ZillowVERIFIEDElizabeth was absolutely phenomenal during our buying process. We are new to the state and she was referred to us by another agent. She made the entire process seamless and made our love to Texas less stressful. She had knowledge of the areas and opened our eyes to so much more inventory and neighborhoods. She was timely in responding and answered all questions we had. I really enjoyed the buyer presentation she put together for our initial meeting. I was in Georgia and my husband was already in Dallas. She made sure I stayed in the loop and saw everything as if I was in person. I highly recommend Elizabeth and her team!
ZillowVERIFIEDElizabeth was fantastic to work with during our homebuying process! Being first time homebuyers in the intense 2020 housing market, we had many questions and concerns going into the process. She helped alleviate a lot of stress by being patient with us as she responded to our many questions and by helping us understand the process every step of the way. Visiting houses with Elizabeth was extremely helpful because she pointed out key things to look at that we didnt consider from our lack of experience. Overall, we had a great experience and recommend Elizabeth and her team to our friends and family.
ZillowVERIFIEDMy girlfriend (now wife!) and I were in a massive bind that Elizabeth Gassos saved us from. Our landlord gave us very little notice that he was moving back into his house. We obviously needed a place to live, BUT in that house we had three dogs, four cats, two snakes, and a tortoise. Guess how many people wanted to rent to us? We didn't think homeownership was possible at this stage in our life and we figured our financial situation was terrible. Elizabeth then educated us and it turned out we were in a pretty good place to buy. Again though, we needed a quick close in a time and market not conducive to quick closings. But EG got it done. Her knowledge is unmatched, and she wouldn't let us make a bad choice (we tried). We bought in 2018. In June of this year (2022), she came to our wedding. Elizabeth doesn't just help you accomplish life goals, she enriches your life. Wherever we go, whatever we do, we'll be talking to Elizabeth Gassos. You should too.
ZillowVERIFIEDElizabeth helped us sell our old house and buy our new one in 2019. She was amazing to work with through every step of the process! She answered any question we could come up with (without judgment), made great recommendations on who to contact for things that were outside her scope, and worked tirelessly to ensure that the whole process was as easy as possible for us. We have recommended Elizabeth to several friends and family members who have also had excellent experiences with her and will definitely be working with her in the future.
ZillowVERIFIEDBuying and selling our homes with Elizabeth was an amazing experience. She answered all of our questions and provided helpful advice that made the process incredibly smooth. We have recommended her to friends and family that have also had great experiences! Highly recommend this passionate and hardworking professional for all of your real estate needs! She is just fantastic!
ZillowVERIFIEDElizabeth was an amazing partner in our home-buying journey! She answered all our questions patiently, she was always available in some of the more stressful moments, and she was encouraging and positive but also realistic when there were some tough decisions to make. We felt like we could trust her and her showing agent, Jesus, entirely, and that's so important especially when you're a first-time home-buyer and everything feels so new. Elizabeth and her team were efficient in putting together all our applications and continued to be a huge help even after our offer was accepted in navigating the contract. I am very grateful to her and her team :)
ZillowVERIFIEDElizabeth has been my realtor for buying and selling two homes. She was also the agent for my several of my friends. All of our experiences were top notch! Elizabeth and her team have great knowledge of the market and she will be transparent about recommendations, for example I loved a condo very much at a showing and she quickly pointed out to me it had major structural issues. I trust her whole heartedly with helping me make the best decisions for my family. She also works hard and is well connected with resources to ensure smooth sailing of your home purchase and sale. In the fall, I took a morning to causally browse a few showings to see what was currently on the market. I found a unicorn new build in my ideal school zone with closing on offers that night. Not only did Elizabeth advise and write an offer that out-beat all others, she also connected me to a mortgage broker who had me prequalified by end of business. I still dont know how how they pulled that off, but am eternally grateful to raise my child in a brand new home in the best (my opinion) school zone in Dallas ISD. I cant say enough wonderful things about Elizabeth and her team!
ZillowVERIFIEDWe bought our first house back in 2019 with Elizabeth helping us. Elizabeth was amazing! She was always on top of everything. She listened to our needs and really helped guide us through the whole process. We loved her so much that we are using Elizabeth and her team again in search for our next house! We are currently searching for a new build, which is a new process to us. Elizabeth and Jesus have been awesome in getting us to see all the different builders and communities that we have been interested in. She has definitely eased our stress during this time. She really goes above and beyond. We really enjoy working with Elizabeth and her team at Ben Kinney!

ZillowVERIFIEDElizabeth helped us buy our home in 2018. She walked us through the whole process making it much easier than we expected. She was organized, efficient and prepared to help us with any hurdles. When we had issues getting responses and help from our loan officer, she stepped in and found us a new group to work with who helped us get to close early! Our family is so thankful to have had her help and we look forward to working with her in the future!
ZillowVERIFIEDMy husband and I bought our very first house last year in 2021. Elizabeth and her team were so fantastic through the whole process! Elizabeth was always very quick to respond, almost regardless of the time of day. She always managed to get showing set up for us quickly, and has a team of wonderful helpers to go to the showing with you even if she cannot always come herself. Elizabeth has a pretty in-depth range of knowledge about the areas we were looking to buy in, despite not living in the immediate area herself. Thats pretty impressive given how enormous DFW is! The market was absolutely crazy at the time, and houses were being sold almost as soon as they came on the market. Elizabeth was an expert guide through the process and managed to help us get our offer accepted the very first time! She was a huge help in landing us our dream home, and we couldn't be happier with the service we received from her and her team at Ben Kinney!
ZillowVERIFIEDI'm a first time homebuyer with really no know of the process. I was connected with Elizabeth through a friend and she reached out quickly and she explained some of the basics about the process for me. Elizabeth and Jesus were always eager to show me another listing, even when I kept saying no ??. When the time came for an offer Elizabeth spent time on the phone with me to explain the contract line by line so I knew what I was signing. Id spoken to other agents but none compared with the information and ease that Elizabeth gave the process for me and I'm so glad that I found her!!
ZillowVERIFIEDAfter my mom passed away Elizabeth helped give me recommendations for renovations, discusses renting vs selling, and ultimately helped sell her condominium. It was as painless a process as it possibly could have been and I am forever grateful. She really does care about making the experience a good one for her clients. If we ever need a realtor again, she is my go-to!
ZillowVERIFIEDWe were referred to Elizabeth after some very strong endorsements and we were not disappointed! Extremely easy process with a very professional and on the ball team accompanying her. First time selling a house and the process could have been made easier for us. Would highly recommend Elizabeth and her team any day!
ZillowVERIFIEDI probably need to start by saying how amazing it was to have the Ben Kinney team with us for our house hunt. As first-time home buyers stepping into this hot market, with a limited budget and a few constraints, my wife and I were not entirely sure if we could end up closing a house. But boy did we find a house that fit our budget and we are excited to call this our home! Ms.Gassos, Jesus, and the entire Ben Kinney team have been excellent every step of the way, right from educating us about the process, making suggestions that fit our needs, staying on top of everything, and promptly returning calls/texts, he is the real deal. In addition, he gathered as much information as he could about the house that we were interested in before making the offer he was as motivated as we were through the process. I'm so glad that we choose Jesus from Ben Kinney to help in our home buying for we succeeded with our first offer!I would highly recommend Ms.Gassos and the entire Ben Kinney team to any and all of our friends in their real estate quest.
ZillowVERIFIEDElizabeth sold our house for top dollar a few years ago and within days of putting it on the market. She is everything those "5 stars" represent; knowledgeable, responsive, expert for all of your real estate needs.Thank you, Elizabeth and the Ben Kinney Team, for the excellent service!
ZillowVERIFIEDElizabeth and her team are responsive, accommodating, professional, and knowledgeable. In addition, Ms. Gassos is just a truly kind human being. The amount of effort and energy she expended to ensure we got our keys for move in won't be forgotten. She was fantastic to work with for our home sale and purchase. She was recommended to me by a friend, and I've referred several friends to her who were just as happy. ?????
ZillowVERIFIEDElizabeth is the BEST! She worked with me on my first purchase and Ive recommended her to my brother when he sold last year. The things that won us both were her knowledge and incredible communication. When you have a question, she responds FAST. She knows a LOT, but if she doesnt know she will find out, and I'm talking find out FAST. She honors her clients time and needs, TRULYaEUR| If she knows youre slow, she wont push you. But if she knows youre ready, she will work her butt off to find you what youre wanting. Oh! And guess what, that doesnt change once youve made your purchase or sale! I had a question about warranty on my air conditioner almost 2 years later and she was THE SAME quick, helpful, do-the-best-she-can person as ever. You will NOT be disappointed choosing Elizabeth as your realtor.
ZillowVERIFIEDI love working with Elizabeth and her team! We have purchased two houses through them and sold one. The process for each transaction was so smooth. Elizabeth was there for any questions we had and made herself available to explain certain terms that were unfamiliar to us. When we really wanted to see a house, but couldn't make it to that side of the metroplex, she went to the house and did a video walkthrough so we could see it. Everyone on Elizabeth's team is friendly, knowledgable, and professional. If I have future real estate needs, I will definitely go with Elizabeth again.
ZillowVERIFIEDIve know Elizabeth for many years and I use her service every time I need it. She always helps us with our real estate. She is very professional and knowledgeable real estate agent. She always find the right tenant for us. She returns our call quickly, answers every question patiently, very honest. She shares any professional advices with you. She is easy to work with. I will definitely use her service next time. Superb real estate agent!!!
ZillowVERIFIEDElizabeth and her team were amazing! She communicated very well and efficiently. She knows her stuff when it comes to getting people to the closing table! A wide variety of things popped up during our buying process! She remained diligent and we closed on our home!
ZillowVERIFIEDMy family and I have been working with Elizabeth since our move to Dallas, TX. It's been four years now and she has represented us on all of our real estate transactions. She's very professional, easy to work with, and knows her stuff. Aside from the transactional side, my wife and I really enjoy the events and community activities offered by Elizabeth and her team. It is a great chance to reconnect and always a good time participating in different activities she has planned (photoshoots, cocktails, movie nights, etc.).
ZillowVERIFIEDThis is the second home we have purchased using Elizabeth as our realtor. She also sold our last home to the new buyers as well. She goes out of her way to work with you and your schedule...setting up touring a home or going so far as to go the the home and videoing it if you cannot make the viewing. Her team is equally as awesome!!Kim
ZillowVERIFIEDI don't have enough superlatives to show how awesome a job Elizabeth did throughout our home build process! We started out in California with her and 10 months later ended up in Dallas in our beautiful, brand new built home. Our family couldn't have gotten through it without all of her help!! We will be using Elizabeth again when the time comes and I suggest everyone else does too!! Thanks Elizabeth!!
ZillowVERIFIEDI was relocating from the Austin area to Dallas. Under the best of circumstances, this long-distance process would be difficult. However, tight timeframes and my often unrealistic expectations must have been challenging for Elizabeth and her team, yet she was unendingly professional, cheerful, and gracious and found the home of my dreams. I highly recommend Elizabeth.
ZillowVERIFIEDElizabeth was a great help with our home purchase. We had a more more complicated situation with a 1031 exchange. She was great at showing us video walkthroughs of the properties, coordinating with the 1031 exchange company, inspectors, etc. and very responsive. Her support team was also very helpful in setting up calendar reminders for key dates in our purchase process.
ZillowVERIFIEDLiterally the most amazing agent. And her team was great too! Elizabeth Gassos was my Realitor for my recent home purchase. She is really knowledgeable of the area. Very helpful, super friendly, and made the buying process so much easier. When looking at houses she quickly learned what I liked and didnt like and did her homework on a place before walking it. While looking at houses I over heard other realtors and I was astonished at how little they know of the places they were showing. Meanwhile Elizabeth knew everything they didnt. Seriously. She knows her stuff.
ZillowVERIFIEDWe had a great experience with Elizabeth! As first time home buyers, my husband and I had a lot of questions about the process. Elizabeth guided us through the whole thing and made sure we were comfortable going into closing. She is also incredibly responsive and got us in to see houses very quickly, which is essential in such a hot market.
ZillowVERIFIEDElizabeth was great! She helped us buy the perfect house. She was very responsive and answered any questions we had with the buying process. Elizabeth showed us both pre owned and new builds. We are first time home buyers and Elizabeth made this an easy process.
ZillowVERIFIEDElizabeth Gassos is amazing! she got us $0 at closing! Everyone on every team that helped us accomplish this goal worked so hard on everything and always put our needs first! We couldnt be more happier with the outcome and we are so grateful to have Elizabeth and Ben Kinney Team Dallas to help us through the process! Highly recommend. Its been 2 years and she still treats us like family.
ZillowVERIFIEDElizabeth is truly dedicated to her craft and it shows in everything she does. She's friendly, knowledgeable and caring and she gets the job done right the first time.
ZillowVERIFIEDI have known Elizabeth Gassos for more than 15 years and am so happy to have such an awesome friend I can trust with my real estate transactions! She was a great source of advice throughout remodeling my old house for listing. I know that without her on my team, it wouldn't have sold in the first weekend it was on the market! Then, she helped my fiance and I negotiate favorable terms on the purchase of our new home in Plano! She's extremely delightful to work with and offers straightforward advice. I highly recommend you consider utilizing Elizabeth Gassos for your real estate needs!
ZillowVERIFIEDGreat service! She took the time to understand my needs and wants and isn't pushy. Really quick when responding to my questions! She also made sure I understood the entire buying process and set me up with a lender to get pre-approved.

ZillowVERIFIEDElizabeth is excellent at following up and her customer focus is unparalleled! She is super resourceful and a pleasure to do business with. My move to Texas didn't end up working out, but if it's in the cards again, I will definitely contact her again for all of my Real Estate needs.
