Elizabeth Capozzoli

Honest, caring, and professional, Elizabeth (Missy) Capozzoli cares much more about her customers and clients than she does merely about "the sale". That's why she goes above and beyond to know her market, understand her buyers', sellers' and renters' needs and focus her efforts on streamlining their search or sale process. A top producing agent who was also extensively trained in new construction, Elizabeth sells property of all kinds throughout the Hamptons and does whatever it takes to secure a successful deal. Prior to becoming a residential sales agent, she taught elementary school. Elizabeth holds a degree in Marketing, Management and Merchandising from Wood Tobe-Coburn in Manhattan and also has an early education degree from St. Joseph's College in Patchogue. Elizabeth grew up surfing, which led her to gravitate out East over 20 years ago. This former 10 year Sag Harbor resident currently enjoys life in East Quogue with her husband and their two daughters. She is still a big water buff who enjoys paddleboarding, surfing, scuba diving and the beach when time outside of work allows.
