ZillowVERIFIED we tried to buy a home at a time that was not great for buying a home. We had to sell our home, so we really needed to find a place to live. The inventory was the lowest in years and homes were selling faster that you can make a counter offer. We looked for a bit more than a year. Liz was with us the whole time and never wavered. When we were dejected she was there to find more homes that would fit our need and we were picky. More like pains in the but. How often do you buy a home. We wanted to get it right. And more importantly Liz wanted to get it right. She fought for us like a lioness and comforted us like a matriarch. We would have been lost without her. But finally we found our dream home. I should say Liz find our dream home. One of the first she suggested (which we didn't see for what it was and didn't visit it until the end) was what we wound up loving most. It didn't get easy from there though. The owner put up a fight. First with the selling price. Then they actually tried to back out. Thank good we had Liz. She stepped up and fought for our cause like it was her own. Experience, knowledge of the business and financial landscape. With absolute resolve to fight for your interests with grace and dignity are the qualities you look for in a real estate agent. They are just the beginning when I think of Liz and my experience with her. Through a rough market no less. I miss her actually. She's just a pleasant person to be around. I can not imagine going through that with anyone else. If I want to buy a home. I'm calling Liz. Period. Get the first step right. Call Liz Buccigrossi if you need a home or apartment. ZillowVERIFIED I found Liz Buccigrossi through an online search, hers was one of three names initially provided to me. After calling all three realtors, it was clear Liz was the right choice for selling my house. Aside from the on-paper qualifications (experience, local resident, and recent sales), Liz was also personable and prompt at reaching out to me after my initial call.As we became acquainted, I realized Liz was able to guide me with the steps of the homeselling process, which was comforting to a first-time seller such as myself. She was kind and informative at explaining details, never condescending nor pushy.After the house was first put on the market (on a Thursday), the house had multiple showings the following weekend and received two offers. I can surely attest that speed to Liz's knowledge of the area and how to price/market/show the house. After the offer was accepted, it became increasingly clear that the potential buyer was being problematic. As the deal started to deteriorate, Liz was reassuring and supportive. Once that initial deal fell through, Liz was quickly ready to plan an open house that same week. That open house was so well attended (which I again attribute to her knowledge and experience) that Liz had to call another realtor to assist her that day! From that open house I received the offer from the now-current owner of the house.Attorney review, inspection, and closing went smoothly; and though the deal progressed without any major obstacles, Liz stayed in constant contact with me, through either text, call, or email. The communication was again comforting, as I was a bit nervous that something may prevent the deal from going through again. I would definitely recommend Liz Buccigrossi to anyone selling a house. ZillowVERIFIED I was a first time home buyer....and with all the fear of one! She was sooooo pleasant to work with...my fears quickly disappeared upon meeting her! She gave great instructions as to the procedures and with what to expect. I was very happy with how quickly she responded to any communications...emails...voicemails...and needed paperwork, even if it was just to give an update. As nerve wracking as buying a house is, I couldnt' imagine how I could've gotten through that without her! I was buying the house on my own...and was going through an excruiating loan process.
