ZillowVERIFIED Sorry for the long write-up but the experience with Elizabeth and Ace was fantastic. We came to Destin in early 2017 and my wife fell in love with the beaches. On a whim we decided to take a look at some rental properties and that's when we came in contact with Elizabeth and Ace. Elizabeth met us and over the course of a couple of hours showed us several properties and informed us about the Destin rental market. After we returned home we made a decision that we would get serious about finding a place in Destin and over the course of several months my wife and Elizabeth corresponded about several properties. She was always informative and willing to visit the properties and take videos for us. Then out of the blue Elizabeth contacted us about a property that was not even on the market but she just knew was perfect for my wife and I. Needless to say the property was perfect and we made an offer on the property that day. If it had not been for Elizabeth's connections in the local market plus willingness to take the time to understand what we were wanting in our property, we would have missed the property as it had multiple offers made literally within minutes of our offer. We hope to buy more rental units in the Destin in the future and will be using Elizabeth and Ace for all of them. We highly recommend them.

We in fact bought the house which was one of Paige's research results and not ours. She has been great to deal with. She is always available. Late nights, weekends and all. She took such great care of us. We closed yesterday and she still offered to assist us with our furniture delivery two days from now. (by the way, it is not a realtor's job to sort out your affairs but she goes above and beyond for her clients). If you are looking for a realtor, look no more. Paige is really one of a kind.
