I have dealt with a lot of real estate folks while buying and selling homes during my 70 years. Until now, they all had the same methods and worn out ideas. Elisha and her company advertised a new approach to selling and she delivered. She provided some fresh outlooks on how it should be done and used a marketing strategy that I had always hoped to find in an agent. Elisha was available and in close contact every step of the way. I would strongly suggest that you sit down with her before making your selling decision. Simply put, she added an additional layer of new perspective to the "old school" way of doing things and I am convinced that is what sold my house.
