ZillowVERIFIEDElise presided over what was a very lengthy and difficult process helping me find my dream home. In a sellers market she helped me at every turn, recommending me the correct prices to offer and steering me through the difficult process of avoiding risky properties until we found the one that was perfect for me. In addition, her staff is outstanding, made themselves available at all hours to me, and never flinched when things got difficult. If only everyone else was as helpful as Bridge Home Realty, life would be a breeze!

ZillowVERIFIED Entirely unhelpful with my search and very slow to respond to messages. Passive aggressive in their communication and couldn't compromise to help find me an apartment that matched my stipulations.

ZillowVERIFIED Our agent Craig Tauber and the whole team at Bridge Home Realty showed professionalism. Their marketing strategies, negotiation skills, and attention to detail made the process easy and lucrative for us. Craig paid attention to detail and is very knowledgeable because of his construction background. We really wanted to let you know how happy we are with the whole experience. Thank you so much for all of your help! We are so grateful for all of the hard work you've done to not only help us sell , but to find our dream home as well. We are endlessly grateful to have you as our agent and couldn't be happier with the way everything worked out.

ZillowVERIFIED My experience with Elise and her team was perfect. The closing had to be delayed due to some legal issues with the previous owner and they kept me in the loop the whole time. Their communication and professional is top tier.

ZillowVERIFIED Elise did an incredible job throughout the entire process. Elise and her team were able to identify an off-market property for us and negotiated a great deal. Her insight and experience guided us seamlessly through several hiccups. We've now used Elise for 3 purchases. Each time we receive immediate responses, attentiveness and superb overall quality from each and every team member. We will continue to use Elise for all our future property purchases.

ZillowVERIFIED Elise's team is honestly the best. I am an out of state investor and am so lucky to find Elise and her team. They are extremely knowledgable of the local market and the level of professionalism is something I haven't seen in a while in RE world. My contact person Lilly is one of the sweetest and responsible people I have worked with. I highly recommend them to anyone who is interested in Pittsburgh RE.

ZillowVERIFIED Elise was amazing. She worked to get the seller and I to come to agreement on the price. The closing was very quick. She allowed me to use my own attorney. I hired her company to manage the property and she is always sending me properties.

ZillowVERIFIED Elise initially appeared friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the area as I am an out-of-state investor. After choosing multiple properties, she helped write them up and make offers, without inspecting them first. She gave me two estimates for each property, and I chose the higher end estimate for every house. However, after the bank sent their inspector to ensure that all work was complete and the contractor could be paid, I was informed that I needed to go to Pittsburgh immediately. Elise sent me out on a tour with two junior employees instead of coming herself. The work being done was below expectations, and issues that should have been on the scope of work were not. Elise agreed to fix the problems, but they were not addressed. I terminated my relationship with her in the middle of a renovation project, but agreed to let them finish the project they were on, with a timeline for completion. However, almost 6 weeks later, the bulk of the work was still not done, and they left their tools and removed the lockbox with the only key, leaving me without access to the property. Elise then sent me a bill for an additional $50,000 for "changes" I made. Overall, Elise's company did poor work and lacked accountability, causing me to spend more money fixing items that should have been addressed from the start. I would not recommend working with her. Elise has a habit of trying to bury reviews like this. She will respond with the standard, aEURoeWe let that person go and look forward to trying to improve our serviceaEUR?. Look at most of her reviews. They all have an answer like that. They will try to blame the vendor or finally the customer when that doesnt work. She also has her employees and lenders leave reviews to try and pump up the ratings. I know that I am not the only person with a review like this because I have screen shots of other reviews that she has had removed. When I stopped in to Pittsburgh for a recent visit, I walked into their office and was quite surprised by the reaction. The lights were off, but the door was open so I walked in. The office was full of cubicles, as most offices are. The surprising part was when the heads started popping up over the little walls to see who had walked in. The look on their faces said, aEURoeWho forgot to lock the door?aEUR? and, aEURoeHow mad is this person that just walked in?aEUR? One of the employees that helped me on my initial tour recognized me and helped me. I told her I wanted to pick up the tenants deposits and extra keys. We made an appointment for 1PM the next day after she talked to Elise about it. I returned the next day to find the door locked this time. I rang the bell and someone opened the door just enough to ask what I needed. Once he determined I was there to see someone, he let me in. Some of my keys were then returned. I am happy to talk to anyone about their experience with Elise or I can go more in depth with my experience if you want the entire horror story! For someone that has a fiduciary duty to their customer, Elise doesnt seem to take it seriously. Perhaps if they spent less time making social media videos, they might have time to focus on the poor work quality. My final advice for anyone looking to invest in Pittsburgh or any other market would be to RUN AWAY from Elise Bickel, EBG Properties, Bridge Home Realty or Tauber Homes!

ZillowVERIFIED Elise and her team at Bridge Home Realty helped me acquire a property from out of state. They were very responsive despite the 6 hour time difference. Elise provided sound advice about the properties ARV and helped me find a loan officer that provided the type of loan I needed. Elise is knowledgeable about neighborhoods around Pittsburgh and really listened to what is important to me in a property. I look forward to continuing to work with Elise and her team.

ZillowVERIFIED This company is extremely unprofessional. My roommates and I looked for a house for rent through this company. We found a perfect house with great rent etc. We got approved right away and even SIGNED A LEASE - then was told 2 weeks before we were scheduled to move in that they decided to GIVE it to somebody else. When trying to connect the dots, we had to call multiple times to get a hold of someone, only to get a rude response to our situation. We were told that they "didnt finish the lease on their end - so they can break the lease if they wanted to" - which is untrustworthy in itself. They also said that another person had already been accepted, signed a lease, and has a deposit paid for - which means they had signed lease with someone else before breaking it off with us. Everything about the process was unprofessional and unfair. I do not trust this company.

ZillowVERIFIED Elise Bickel managed a single family residential home for me from December 2017 to January 2019. Overall I was not happy with the experience. From my perspective as the owner, Elises team seemed to have an overall lack of accountability, oversight, and general business processes that led to me having to be more directly engaged than I felt should have been necessary. I have since hired a new property manager and am so far much happier with the quality of service and the qualifications of the tenants this new property manager has found. Would not recommend.

ZillowVERIFIED When we moved in, We had no hot water for 3 days, we still have no functioning heat for almost 2 weeks now, they accused me of lying, of not reporting the problems, of not answering their calls, all while ignoring my desperate and multiple calls for help. I am using a space heater to avoid freezing!!!! Then, they send workers to my home yesterday without coordinating with us that someone could be home, so when i noticed the email they sent yesterday giving me almost no notice that workers were going to be at my house i had to rush home from work yesterday with them texting me about how long i was going tto be the entire 30 minute drive to let them in for what i thought was to fix a leaky faucet and look at the fact that they painted all the windows shut, and when i get here, they are under the impression that i am aware that they are here to paint the trim in the house and that ive moved all my stuff to the middle of the floor for them to paint. They claimed that they only had 3 days notice that i was moving in and they informed the owner they wouldnt have time to get the trim done. Meanwhile, bickel knew for over a week that i was moving in, they even made me wait a week so the work could get done!!! They begged me to let them move my stuff and paint yesterday, but i had an appointment and was forced to kick them out, so thanks for making me be a jerk to your allegedly licensed bonded professionals who basiclly did an incomplete smash job here where they painted over door hinges that is now peeling off, missed whole sections of paint, smoked cigarettes in my home, and painted every single window in my home shut, creating a fire safety violation!!!
