I was working with a smaller budget and wanted a unique kind of property. I started with her in November of 2024 and closed on a house by june 2025. She was creative with the lender, and she just provided the knowledge when we looked at properties. She has a strong sense of the what makes a property a good property 8 regards to a heating system. Etc. she was creative with how we did the offer but made sure I felt comfortable. And overall shes fun and delightful!
