We just sold our house in Yarmouth with Carrie Logan acting as our realtor. The process was amazing from start to finish. Carrie spent a lot of time comparing prior sales in the area and talking about the uniqueness of our home and how she would market it to potential buyers. Our home was a little unique and her insight was invaluable. She recommended a price that sounded well thought out and, sure enough, the home was under contract 2 days later over ask.
