Previously a Maryland resident, I started selling new homes in York, PA in 1998. I sold in Howard County and Carroll County in MD in 1997. In 2004, I was able to convince my family of the value and the excellence of York, PA so we made the move from MD to PA. My 1st 13 years in real estate were spent representing builders in new construction. I worked with Builder's 1st Choice, Lennar, Regents Glen Building & Development and Keystone Custom Homes. During this time I learned the value of every detail of a family's needs to determine the right fit for a home and community. Working exclusively for "the seller" yet consulting and advising "the buyer" has developed in me an ability to provide a most informative, professional, well rounded "buying" or "selling" experience. My years of gaining knowledge and understanding of construction, and what goes into the building of a home,offers me the credibility to council my clients when "buying" or "selling" their homes. I treat each and every one of my clients like family and friends because buying a home should be one of the most exciting and important decisions one will ever make for themselves and/or their family. This experience should be treated with high standards and proceed as a smooth, informed, and educated transaction. I value every real estate experience as if it were my own.
