ZillowVERIFIEDElisa was excellent to deal with and is a true professional. Elisa went above and beyond by being a great communicator, taking an interest in our needs and coordinating additional items that needed to take place in our process. I would use Elisa again and recommend her to anyone.
ZillowVERIFIEDI couldn't be happier with Elisa's help selling a relative's condo. I was working from out of state and she handled so many details that would have been really difficult for me to coordinate. She was helpful, knowledgeable, empathetic and skillfully handled any issues that arose. If I lived in the area I would definitely call on Elisa to handle my real estate transactions.
ZillowVERIFIEDElisa helped me find the perfect home. She is easy to work with and offered great advice. Elisa supported me through every step in the process. I highly recommend working with Elisa.
ZillowVERIFIEDElisa was incredibly knowledgeable and truly instrumental in helping my husband and me purchase our first home. She was consistently responsive, attentive, and a strong advocate for us every step of the way. Her team also played a key role in making the entire process seamless and stress-free. Were so grateful for Elisas support and would highly recommend Elisa and her team to anyone looking to buy their next home.
ZillowVERIFIEDElisa was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She helped us connect with a stager to declutter and present our house that allowed our house to get 6 offers and well over asking price. She is a very strong realtor and does her homework and knows her job well. This was only my first time selling but second time buying a home and I would choose Elisa again and again!
ZillowVERIFIEDElisa helped me sell a home and then buy a home. I reached out to her and we met over a video chat and I instantly liked her. Moreso, I felt I could trust her and she did not disappoint. She took care of everything. She is a great communicator, tough negotiator, is very detail oriented and sets realistic expectations. That being said, she sold my home for 20 percent over the asking price. I was elated. When I purchased my new home, she was a tough negotiator on my behalf. I highly recommend her. If you want a true professional who knows her business and will work tirelessly and diligently on your behalf, Elisa is the agent to go with. Shes amazing!
ZillowVERIFIEDIt's been a few years since we worked with Elisa to sell our house in Andover but I am still very appreciative of the effort she put in. She went above and beyond on several occasions (like checking out a water leak when we were out of town) and making sure we never lost momentum when the first offer we had fell through. She kept our spirits up and quickly found a new buyer who still owns the house today. She's great! Hire her!
ZillowVERIFIEDWe both bought and sold our Andover home with Elisa, and we couldnt have asked for a better partner in the process. Shes professional, knowledgeable, and an absolute bulldog when it comes to creating and executing a winning strategy. When we purchased, she helped us beat out 12 other bidders without overpayingaEUR"a miracle in that market. And when it came time to sell, she had our home positioned so well that we accepted a strong offer within just a week or two. Elisa anticipated every detail, handled every task, and made both transactions feel seamless. We never had to worryaEUR"she truly took care of everything. I can confidently say that if we ever moved back to Massachusetts, she would be my first call and my go-to realtor without hesitation.
ZillowVERIFIEDElisa was a consummate professional and exhibited extreme knowledge while displaying a personal and caring demeanor during our real estate transaction when buying our condo. Without her astute and diligent approach it would nit ha be been a smooth process. Stephen Fielding
ZillowVERIFIEDLet me add a 5 star review for Elisa! Right from the beginning and throughout the entire process Elisa was responsive and guided me every step of the way. Her marketing plan was very impressive, all of her referrals from staging to painting were top notch. Because of her expertise and guidance the process was smooth and the "for sale" time was short. Not only did I have multiple offers above asking in less than a week, I got all the terms I hoped for. I would encourage anyone looking for a realtor to give Elisa O'Connell a call, I know you will be as impressed as I was .
ZillowVERIFIEDElisa is a skilled professional who has a great work ethic, a strong knowledge of the real estate market, and is very strategic. Elisa listed our home on a Tuesday and held an Open House on Sunday of the same week. Within days she had received 11 offers from qualified buyers (with several above the asking price). Because of Elisa's knowledge and experience in real estate, she handled the sale of our home with precision. We absolutely recommend Elisa to anyone who is considering buying/selling a home. She is a joy to work with!
ZillowVERIFIEDElisa helped me and my husband through the very complicated process of buying land on which we plan to build our dream home. She was a tremendous help in the process of finding and narrowing down our choices and guided us to the best choice for us. Once we finish building the dream house we plan to sell with Elisa. After our positive experience with her I can't imagine going to anyone else.
ZillowVERIFIEDI don't even know where to begin describing how happy we are with our experience with Elisa!! A good friend recommended her to us and we are so glad he did. As first time home buyers in an extremely competitive market, we were a bit nervous and overwhelmed. Elisa was energetic, extremely knowledgeable and incredibly responsive. I really appreciated her ability to be honest about homes we saw or offers we put in etc. It made us feel much more confident when making the big, important decisions involved in purchasing a home. She'll give it to you straight and you really need that! She also made excellent recommendations for every part of the process including legal representation, inspection services, and insurance providers. It's clear she really cares about her clients and is very good at her job. I really could go on and on. Hire Elisa for your next home purchase!!
ZillowVERIFIEDI used Elisa (a team member of Deborah Lucci team) for selling my home and she was absolutely the best. I feel blessed that I used her, excellent service and was beside us from the very start till the property was recorded. Amazing personality with the best of attitude and just a phone call away. I actually learnt a life trait from her, "never give up". She keeps fighting even in the most adverse conditions and treats your money as if it is hers. Truly a phenomenal human being. "Fantastic " service and absolutely the finest (not just as a realtor but also as a human being).
ZillowVERIFIEDI could not have asked for more from a realtor. Elisa was professional and truly understood my needs and budget, making the home buying process easier than expected. It was clear that she had a solid reputation and connections in the industry. She was there in my corner from beginning to end and truly cared about me finding what I needed.
ZillowVERIFIEDI would highly recommend Elisa! Elisa is extremely knowledgeable at what she does. She helped us to get our home and made the process very easy for our family. Elisa is very responsive to all texts, emails, messages etc. I never felt like anything was an inconvenience for her. If you are looking to buy or sell your home give Elisa a call. You wont be disappointed.
ZillowVERIFIEDWe met Elisa at the one and only open house we went to on a whim. We are so happy we did - she asked us what we were looking for and we told her we were moving from California and had NO IDEA where we wanted to live - from winchester to marblehead to andover, and the only thing that mattered was that we wanted something open plan and "as california as possible" - i.e. no colonials, pool, nice driveway and yard. She worked with our weird request and quickly figured out what we liked and what we did not like. She sent us weekly listings of properties often before they were public on all the sites and when we were interested in a property she acted immediately to get us in. She helped us get pre approved when we didn't know the massachusetts market specifics, and she battled 7 other offers including one that was higher than ours to make our case that we were the better buyer. It was the easiest purchase and close I've ever had and we could not have done it without her.
ZillowVERIFIEDElisa went above and beyond in managing the sale of our home in Andover. From start to finish, Elisa was kind, attentive, supportive and honest. She is a very hard worker and I was most impressed with her can-do and positive attitude. Elisa understood the challenges and steps associated with selling a family home after 22 years. She guided and supported us through the declutter, the remodel, the update and the staging process in a way that was necessary and appealing to buyers while being respectful and thoughtful to us as sellers. As a result our home sold in approximately 10 days because of her efforts, her vision and her expertise. I would not hesitate to contact Elisa to sell your home, she will get the job done, get it done well, will not stop until it is done, and stay positive throughout the whole process. I trust and believe in Elisa without one second of reservation. She is the one to list your house with to sell and to sell it well.
ZillowVERIFIEDElisa has been super helpful in the home buying process. She was very quick to respond to any changes and always on the ball. She showed patience as this was our first home and offered guidance on several things that she is knowledgeable in!
ZillowVERIFIEDElisa helped us find our first home, and was a pleasure to work with. She really did a wonderful job in walking us through the entire home-buying process. She is very knowledgeable and savvy - and always very responsive to our questions and needs. We highly recommend Elisa!

ZillowVERIFIEDElisa helped us get a house we fell in love with and guided us while making the offer. After our offer was accepted she acted quickly on getting our house staged, photographed and listed and sold our house over a weekend. We can't recommend her enough for buying/selling around Andover.

ZillowVERIFIEDElisa sold a home for me, and then helped me buy a new one. She is very knowledgeable, always kept me updated every step of the way, is flexible and accommodating, an AMAZING negotiator and a true pleasure to work with. I am so happy with both transactions! I would definitely use her again if I'm ever in the market to buy or sell in the future. I highly recommend her.
ZillowVERIFIEDElisa went above and beyond for me! She was professional, punctual and lovely to work with. She went the extra mile for me when negotiating and getting what I want. Her only concern was that I was happy and that my closing date went as smoothly as possible, I would highly recommend Elisa to anyone. She is the best agent around.
ZillowVERIFIEDWe worked with Elisa to find a townhome that we could purchase as a future home for our niece. Elisa helped us with getting all the listings possible within our criteria. It was a very strong market and we had to make offers on a few different units before finding the one that we ultimately bought in January. I had been waiting for a unit to come up in the community where we now own and I knew once I saw the listing that was the unit we needed to have. Elisa, immediately made the appointment to see the unit the next day. After looking at the unit we told Elisa we wanted it and she then took her experience and relationships in the industry and brokered a deal before we lost it to another offer that came in that same day. Elisa, listens to what the client wants and what they are willing to pay for the property and then she negotiates the best deal for all parties. She understands that it takes both parties willing to compromise to make the best deal for everyone involved. She definitely provided us with the best access of current market data and knowledge on how to prevent both sides from becoming their own obstacle in what really matters, "Their own home or the freedom to move onto the next part of their life". Elisa is a great realtor and we will continue to use her on all of our Real Estate endeavors.
ZillowVERIFIEDWe worked with Elisa on the purchase of our new home and couldnt have asked for a better experience. Elisa took the time understand our needs/wants we were looking for. She made us feel we were a top priority and went above and beyond for us as clients. She found us our perfect home and was honest and supportive through the negotiation process. I would recommend Elisa and her team to anyone looking for a new home!
ZillowVERIFIEDIt was a wonderful experience working with Elisa! She was very responsive, helped us answer a lot of our beginner questions, helped us figure out what types of houses and neighborhoods we like, and helped us navigate the competitive market well. We're excited about our house, and we highly recommend her for anyone looking for a house in the area.
ZillowVERIFIEDElisa is very responsible. She help us even more than anyone, she moves very fast, she is very professional. I highly recommend her services for anyone looking to buy or sell a house
ZillowVERIFIEDI interviewed several professionals to sell my home of more than 20 years. While they were all strong candidates, Elisa was the most focused, and she was ready to get the job done right away. She took in my views on what was special about the property, got good home comparisons to me quickly, and recommended the right strategy get the best price quickly. Elisa and her stager and photographer presented the house beautifully. After the open houses, neighbors commented on the crowds of people lined up to take a look. Offers came in quickly, and after a few weeks, my house was sold. Elisa was a pro throughout the process.
ZillowVERIFIEDElisa listened to me describe my perfect home and she knew which properties were a good fit for me. She was extremely knowledgeable of the area I was interested in and found the perfect house for me and my family. She was great to work with and I highly recommend her to anyone in the market looking for a new home!
ZillowVERIFIEDElisa was extremely responsive, very keyed in to the market, and helped us sell our property quickly and at asking price. I would strongly recommend her to other sellers looking for an agent that will guide you through the selling process and market your property aggressively.
ZillowVERIFIEDReally great experience working with Elisa. She helped us not only sell our home but get our new home too. Easy to communicate with, respectful and always picks up the phone when you need to chat.
ZillowVERIFIEDMrs. Oconnells experience and knowledge in the real estate market was demonstrated to me in June 2018. Elisa thoughtfully and promptly staged and listed my home for sale as promised. And with her impeccable timing and savvy business skills, she brought me four offers in just over ONE day! I highly recommend real estate professional Elisa Oconnell. Thank you for your time.

ZillowVERIFIEDElisa is professional, knowledgble, and personable. She goes above and beyond to meet her clients needs! She is great responding to questions or concerns. She also offers staging at no additional cost (which is hard to find). She sold our house in 3 days for over our asking price. Our buyer was difficult to deal with from the inspection process on but her help made it more than tolerable! If you need a realtor, she is your girl.. Look no further!

ZillowVERIFIEDWe found Elisa during our first relocation move to Massachusetts as buyers. We were looking for a home very quickly to move into. In less than a week, we found the perfect home and Elisa was wonderful in helping us navigate through the process of buying a house in Massachusetts. 2.5 years later, we had to again relocate to a new state and we knew that we wanted Elisa to be our real estate agent to sell our home. Again, we were on a tight timeline to sell and during the holidays. But, Elisa was amazing. She helped us beautifully stage our home and organized the perfect open house. Elisa knew what the buyers wanted and we couldn't have sold our house as quickly without her expertise. As others have reviewed, she treats you like you are her only clients. Once we moved to our new state, she continued to help us close on the house with giving us a great recommendation for an attorney. Elisa is the best real estate agent we have ever worked with and we only wished she could have moved with us to help on our next purchase. Elisa will work very hard for you, chose her as your realtor with confidence.
ZillowVERIFIEDWe bought a single family home in January of 2016. Elisa went above and beyond for us as there were numerous complications and very tight deadlines. She zeroed in very quickly on what would be good for us and was extremely patient with our "dithering" Her understanding of the market and how far to negotiate is excellent. She also treats you like you are her only client. I highly recommend her.
ZillowVERIFIEDElisa right away understood our requirements and worked with us patiently to find the perfect home for us. She is very responsive and patiently answered all our questions (as a first time home buyer, we had a lot of questions!). She is intimately familiar with the Andover and North Andover areas. The mortgage lender and attorney she recommended were extremely knowledgeable about the process and together, they made the home buying process an extremely simple one.
ZillowVERIFIEDElisa did a fantastic job selling my home in Methuen, MA. She took the initiative, knew what I wanted and how I wanted my house to be listed. She got me more than my asking price and my house sold in one day. Elisa is really nice and even fun to work with, I would trust her selling or buying a home!
ZillowVERIFIEDElisa is amazing! I highly recommend her whether it's your first time purchasing a home or 20th. I would imagine selling a home would be no exception for this sharp, diligent, punctual straight shooter. Elisa helped us find the home of our dreams, put in an offer, negotiate a deal and accept an offer in ONE day. Additionally, per our request, she assisted us in finding alternative financing that better suited our family, detailed lists of moving companies, home inspectors and so much more. She made this process fool proof for first time home buyers. We closed on our home in less than 30 days!! I would HIGHLY recommend Elisa O'Connell to everyone looking to purchase in MA. She's the very best in the business!!
ZillowVERIFIEDElisa did a great job selling our house in North Andover. Very thoughtful, thorough, her advice was all very good. She knows a lot of people in the area (staging, moving) who were great references. We ended up getting more $$ than we planned; this wouldn't have happened without Elisa. We would definitely use her again and highly recommend her.
ZillowVERIFIEDElisa was exactly what my husband and I needed in a real estate agent. The market here in MA is really strong and you need someone who knows the area and is on top of things. Our first agent didn't know the area and was not a go-getter. Elisa is both and more! You feel like you are her only client; she's available day and night, gets you into places quickly, and has awesome negotiation skills. All that and a fun personality! We are sure we would not have gotten our home if it wasn't for her! Thanks again Elisa! You are the best!
ZillowVERIFIEDElisa went above and beyond in every aspect of selling our previous home and finding us a new one. Her sound advice helped us to get SIX offers on our previous home within 48 hours of listing! We sold for $20K over asking. She worked tirelessly with us for months to help us find our perfect new home in North Andover. She was very knowledgeable about the area and went out of her way to get answers to our questions. Don't look anywhere else - call Elisa!
ZillowVERIFIEDElisa was courteous, professional and extremely helpful throughout the selling process. She went well beyond what i would have expected from an agent. She staged my house to present the best product on the market while being available 24/7 for assisting with all the selling details since i was not available to be present during the process. She worked diligently with my best interest in mind, priced my property properly and was able to sell at our asking price while minimizing the time on MLS. I highly recommend Elisa for all real estate transactions.
