my last sale was on July 28, 2023 with a seller representation, the sale was in less than 3 months, sellers has the idea to sale his property over asking price, I educated him how is the market, I provided my strategies negotiation and he was happy at the end of the day!

I always liked Rea Estate, when I had 22 years old I bought my first property, which was a beauty experience for me and family, I am coming of a big family we are 5 sons and daughters, on that time April 2002, I had not an immigration status in USA and I had my savings working in a Restaurant where I had great tips and I save to buy my first property due I did not have an status in USA one of my brother lent me his credit and income to buy that property, it was fun due all of us singles lived it, since 2002 I was connected with Real Estate & 4 years later I got my Real Estate License, which I have not needed another job to live, Real Estate is my passion.

my experience and professionalism since 2006, I had my loan officer license, at the time I am huddling a Title Company too, which help me to understanding better sellers and buyers,
