ZillowVERIFIEDWe were so lucky to have met Gabriela at on open house in August. We were visiting Santa Barbara to decide if we wanted to retire there. She was very knowledgeable of the city as she grew up there. She kept us up to date on homes for sale and asked pertinent questions as to exactly what we were looking for. Once we found a house we liked, Gabriela was helpful in getting us together with loan, insurance and 1031 exchange people. She worked very hard to help us get insurance doing most of the leg work for us. We don't live in the area so Gabriela's availability has been a huge help. Now that we own the house, she is still helping us get it ready to rent. Even though her job is done, she is still there for us, whatever we need. That is service above and beyond what is expected or required. Anyone interested in buying a home would be lucky to have Gabriela on their team!

ZillowVERIFIEDI would not hesitate hiring Christopher Smith to be your real estate sales agent. Chris did an outstanding job managing the sale of my Santa Barbara, CA home. He is a wonderful person to work with. Chris's expertise in the market's geographic area was instrumental in determining a proper sales price and I was happy with the result. His negotiation skills are very impressive. Chris and his whole team were always immediately responsive to my questions and concerns. I was kept informed throughout the whole process and I felt his advice was beneficial. Accepting an offer within 30 days may seem quick, but it ended up that there was a lot of work Chris and his team had to do to get to the final closing date. So I feel the sales fee I paid was well worth the cost. Also, there was an added hurdle for Chris in that while the house was on the market for sale, I moved to Paris, France from the US, so negotiations had to be accomplished through different time zones.
