We live in Phoenix but inherited a house in Santa Barbara earlier this year that needed to be sold quickly. Gabriela made what could have been a stressful situation enjoyable. A Santa Barbara native with an extensive network, Gabriela quickly found a buyer and negotiated an excellent deal for us. She was also very helpful making referrals for local moving, storage, donation and cleaning services, and she checked in frequently to keep us updated and to see if there was anything we needed. Gabriela was a pleasure to work with through the home buying process. She brought a listing to our attention within minutes of it hitting the market, and it met all of our criteria. We live out of town so she was able to see the property for us, send videos, and set up a showing for when we came to town. During the offer submittal process, she was a very clear communicator and helped us prime an attractive offer that got accepted in a competitive market.
