ZillowVERIFIEDAbsolutely the Greatest!!! We were referred to Elin by a friend and interviewed three different agents. Elins knowledge of the market, her marketing plan, and her keen sense of the market in our particular area all led us to choose her. She had told us with confidence how much to list our house for if we want it sold within the timeline we gave her. She and her partner got us to the penny what we were looking for without dozens and dozens of showings and without interrupting our daily lives. The people that they brought to the table were qualified, quality buyers looking to buy what we were offering. We received multiple offers and Elin was by our side through the entire process. Her and her teammate Ranias professionalism is second to none. They have clients for life in us.

At every step of our process, she was available to point out both the pros and cons as well as the opportunities in our decisions. ZillowVERIFIED Extremely reliable, readily available, friendly and customer service oriented. Great knowledge of the area and what you will get for what you are trying to pay. She meet in person multiple times to go over things on short notice, got us into properties we wanted to see on the spot and was able to get my lease pushed threw quickly and painlessly. Probably called 40 different times throughout the process, every call was answered immidiatly , even after hours, and each question was answered in depth and with exactly the right course of action needed to solve it, from concerns about different property details to filling out lease papers. Would use her again one hundred percent for all my real estate dealings I have in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED Elin is awesome.I requested info while my movers were packing me up in VA.Elin called immediately then followed up when I had free time. That told me she had the most important thing I needed in an agent. She listens! In addition to that she was patient in dealing with a first time home buyer. She knows the area as well as trends and steered me without pressuring while holding my hand thru the process. In the end we got the perfect place for me. Lots of agents just show you the most expensive places in your price range. Not Elin, like I said she listens.I look forward to dealing with Elin again for all my housing needs. Note: she even referred me to a mortgage team that beat USAA in rate and service.

ZillowVERIFIED We knew Elin both as a friend and professionally so we chose her for our realtor when we had to plan for a last minute move. She went above and beyond for us. The day after I called her she dropped everything so that she could show us properties. A few options didn't work out from the sellers perspective but she proactively called additional sellers before we had even discussed it. She's professional, prompt, great at communicating between parties and negotiating. We are so thankful that she helped us find a house we love.

ZillowVERIFIED Elin came to us by word of mouth recommendation when we were looking for a beach house. Not being from Florida, we relied on her to find us a property in the quiet neighbourhood that we seeking. After meeting with her, she brought us to see a few places in Pompano Beach and we fell in love with the area. When we started the process, we never even heard of Pompano Beach, but now it's our home 3 months out of the year. Elin is definitely talented at matching people to a location, and was so great at following up and guiding us through the process. I'm happy to recommend her to any one as she has a great energy and knows her business well. You're in good hands.

ZillowVERIFIED My family and I were relocating from the UK for my work. We needed a 3 bedroom home in an excellent school district for my son. Elin was instrumental in helping us get situated. We initially came down to Florida to tour around and get a feel for the area and do some house hunting. Elin graciously hosted us for 2 days and helped us find the perfect Florida family home for us with a lovely pool and in a great neighborhood. We couldn't be happier with her services.
