Hello, My name is Elijah Castelli, I was born and raised in Sparta TN, which I have enjoyed very much. I purchased my first piece of land at 12 years old, from which I earned by cutting out coupons. I purchased my first rental at the age of 15 and have bought and sold properties along the way. I have overseen the construction of building homes, have several rentals and finance homes. I acquired my contractors license 2012. My wife, Lindsay, who is from Manchester, England (population 2 mil), moved here in 2008 after working on Holland America Cruise Line for 5 years, travelling 18% of the world. She says she has found her haven here, she'll tell you! My wife and I both are licensed realtors. I specialize in listing your home to sell, knowing the market, and with the the changes in the law, I am able to serve you the highest and best way possible. KC Cope is our fantastic Operations Manager. Renaye Cooper is our wonderful Transaction Coordinator. Lucas McCoy is our awesome Listing Coordinator. My hobbies are reading (I believe it stretches the mind, keeps you 'with the times' and it's a great way of having peace in my life); I enjoy sports and outdoor activities; I play tennis on a regular basis with my father; and our family loves to swim, hike, canoe and all that great stuff you can do here outdoors!! I was the Youth Pastor for 10 years where my wife and I love caring, helping and encouraging the youth. We worked with over 100 youth weekly. We now attend LIFE church in Cookeville. It's a wonderful way to get connected to people you have never met and help others. My wife says it's her "second family!" I consider it a great honor to be a Christian.
