ZillowVERIFIEDI had a great experience during the sale process of my propert. Elias Mayfield carefully listen to our needs, and he strive to meet our need with highly professional negotiation skills. ZillowVERIFIEDMe and my husband were working with Elias for the past one year to find a best home for us in San Antonio. He is a great realtor!! He has good knowledge on the market. We finally found a good house (Condominium) at the "Ridge at the Sonoma Grande" with a very nice view in the backyard. Since this is our first home, we asked Elias lot of questions (even silly ones), but he is great in answering all of them. He also has lot of patience and meets us whenever he needs to be. Anyone looking for an agent to buy/sell a property, Elias is a great realtor to work with.
ZillowVERIFIEDElias was very helpful. It didn't take us that long to find what I needed he provided a lot of options and was responsive at all times. He made it simple for us to find a house!
ZillowVERIFIEDElias helped us with finding our first home. We were unsure about building a new home or buying and eventually ended up buying. We were very pleased with his understanding and calmness when giving feedback on what we liked or didn't like in all the homes we saw. He kept things realistic on what we would likely compromise on and told us to keep our minds open to all possibilities. After only 2 weeks of viewing houses we found a home that we instantly wanted to put an offer on. Elias was able to answer all of our questions about the home buying process and set us up with an awesome MLO (Mid-America Mortgage). We have no regrets in our purchase and the process could not have gone better for us...thanks to Elias!!
ZillowVERIFIEDElias was a great realtor and we highly recommend him. We were first time home buyers and he held our hand all the way through the process, explaining everything and giving us great advice on how to make the best decision for ourselves. Thanks Elias!!!
ZillowVERIFIEDElias goes above and beyond the call of a realtor; He negotiates, he follows up, he keeps pushing, even if you get discouraged or disappointed in the search for the right home. If it becomes the time to sell rest assured your home will reach more people in a shorter period of time. Pictures, videos, and comments will display your home like its his own.
ZillowVERIFIEDI've had the pleasure of working with Elias on a business and personal level. I know how much Elias genuinely cares for his clients needs and how much he values their business. Elias will expertly navigate you through every step and help you find what you are looking for within budget. You can call or text him at anytime, his flexibility is incredible. I would highly recommend anyone looking to BUY or SELL to give him a call.
ZillowVERIFIEDI was very grateful for the information I was given by Elias Mayfield. It was helpful in my search for finding a new house. He took to go see the a home that was within my budget. I passed by the house I was interested in and Elias was nice enough to show me the home. He responded quickly to my call and showed the house the very next day.
