Eliane Selwan

Eliane is a State of California licensed REALTORA(R) with JPAR Iron Horse Real Estate in Pleasanton, CA. Prior to earning her Real Estate license in 2007, Eliane worked as a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator which allowed her to learn the industry hands-on, and she developed a passion for it.

Clients appreciate Eliane for her professionalism, work ethics, prompt communication, and her dedication to helping buyers and sellers achieve their goals. Eliane represents buyers and sellers in most cities of Alameda, Contra Costa and Santa Clara counties starting from San Leandro going south to San Jose and east to the cities of Pleasanton, Dublin, Livermore, Walnut Creek, Lamorinda and Danville.

In her spare time, Eliane enjoys time with her family and her dogs, loves to cook, go on wine tasting tours and swimming. She is also heavily involved in her local board, Bay East Association of REALTORSA(R). and serves on the Board of Directors, the Professional Standards and MLS Committees.

Eliane understands from her own experience that buying or selling a home is more than just a transaction: it's a life-changing experience. She fell in love with Real Estate when she began a job as a transaction coordinator for Better Homes and Gardens Reliance Partners (formerly Prudential CA Realty). Even though her educational background is in Computer Sciences (Bachelor's of Science) and holds and M.B.A in Computer Information Systems, the personal and service oriented aspects of the real estate industry as well as the never ending learning process fascinated her.

Besides the English language, she fluently speaks, reads and writes French, Arabic and German and can serve clients in those 4 languages if need may be.

Eliane is certified in serving Corporate Relocations, and specializes in serving Sellers, First Time Buyers, Empty Nesters, Move-Up/Downsizing clients, and any aspect of the Resale and New Home Developments markets. She recently also joined the Commercial team at her JPAR Iron Horse office.

She has a passion to serve and educate buyers and sellers, as well as the brand new agents joining the industry, and always happy to answer any questions related to real estate and current market conditions.
