Didnt know Elena but contacted her because she was showing properties in and near Acton, the area we were interested in buying a house. Elena helped us buy and rent out a property and both happened in challenging times during the COVID-19 pandemic. While showing us properties, she was very honest about the conditions of the houses, what needed to be fixed, what was different compared to other properties in the area, about advantages and disadvantages of the location. She was also very thoughtful of the owners, if they were elderly and more susceptible to the coronavirus. While seeing such houses, she was asking us to keep our kids out and made sure we were entering the house with new pairs of gloves and shoe covers. After choosing a house, she helped us schedule the inspection and was there at the day of inspection performing a radon detection for us and sending the samples herself. It was a difficult negotiation process to get the house, but Elena made sure we would get all necessary documents in time and lifted a lot of burden from our shoulders. She found us movers at the day we moved in, she sent us a list with contractors we might need, recommended us local facebook groups for families with kids and helped us with everything you could think a new family in the area would need. We reached out to her when we wanted to rent out a property. Again, she took care of everything and made the process as easy as possible for us. She wrote the ad and posted it, she scheduled the showings and dealt with the applications. She performed the background check of the applicants and negotiated a higher price than what wed asked for. Elena found us reliable tenants just after two days of showings, prepared the contract for us and made sure we had all documents in place in a timely manner.We called a real estate agent but found a friend. Elena did so many things for us she didnt have to and made our new life in Acton easier. She was always available no matter if it was a work day or a weekend. I strongly recommend Elena as a realtor if you either want to sell or buy a property. Our experience with her was way beyond our expectations and previous experience with realtors.
