ZillowVERIFIEDElena is outstanding! This was our second time working together with her. She helped us purchase our first condo a few years ago and the whole experience was exceptional. A few months ago we decided to purchase a new house and rent out our condo. Elena assisted us with both: purchasing and renting. She is very knowledgable and responsive. Very professional yet so friendly and easy to communicate with. First-class service, we are very thankful to Elena and can't recommend her enough!

ZillowVERIFIED Elena was extremely patient and honest with our search which helped guide us to our recent purchase. She made our home buying experience a seamless process and was there every step of the way. I don't think there was a single email, text, phone call that she missed and if she did, there was always a response reassuring us she was working on it. Her communication and support were the biggest reasons we continued working with Elena and we couldn't be happier with our new home. Thank you Elena!

ZillowVERIFIED Elena will go out of her way to make sure everything is going to plan. Because of Elenas persistence, we were still able to close in a short amount of time even during the busy December month due to the holidays and due to the rising COVID cases. But it seemed nothing got in her way of getting the job done!

ZillowVERIFIED Elena made this process so easy and with this current market, not many people can say their process was easy. She really took the time to make sure we understood each step of the process and was available anytime we had questions. We wouldn't have enjoyed this process nearly as much if we had gone with someone else. We would highly recommend Elena and Union Real Estate.

ZillowVERIFIED I was referred to Elena by a close friend and I am so grateful she was my realtor throughout my home ownership journey. Elena has been in the industry for many years and she is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to real estate. She is patient, extremely reliable, and will ensure your needs are met as she understands how stressful the home buying process can be. She made this process seamless for me and I can tell she cares a lot about her clients as I felt reassured she had my best interest working with her for several months. Not to mention she is also fluent in Spanish which blew me away! She is a superwoman of many talents and you will not be disappointed if she is your realtor. I was able to find my dream home, in a great location, and within my budget. Elena is the absolute best!

ZillowVERIFIED Elena is helpful, responsive, pay attention to details and able to work with tight deadlines. The seller asked for a very short closing period and Elena was able to handle all the documents and processes in the required timeline. She is also very knowledgeable about real estate and patient to educate first time buyers like me. I will definitely hire her again as my real estate agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Elena has been our agent since October 2018, when my wife and I started searching for an investment property. Elena has been very responsive and proactive since day one, and worked very diligently with us throughout the process. Looking for an investment property is no fun, and quite frankly, not an easy exercise, particularly in Massachusetts where most areas just don't any economic sense. I can't remember how many times we went to see an opening, only to find either the rent won't enough to cover the expenses, or we were outbid by other buyers. But eventually, we got what we were looking for. Not a perfect one, but close enough. And that's where we realized how lucky we were when we chose to work with Elena. We had a couple of hiccups along the process of purchasing the property for a variety of reasons, and we couldn't have had our minds settled without Elena's hard work and professionalism throughout the entire process. I can't be more grateful for what an amazing agent Elena is and I would highly recommend working with her!

ZillowVERIFIED Elena has been my agent for the past 2 years, and has helped me submit countless offers. I trust her with submitting all of my offers as she is meticulous in the details, and will drive the process forward for me.She is super responsive and available to chat on nights and weekends when I have questions or concerns. She always makes me aware when there's something peculiar or questionable in every deal to make sure I fully understand the risks. She helped negotiate and pushed hard from the sales prices, and inspections process; to make sure I was in a good position. When I finally had an offer accepted, she removed a lot of the stress from my home purchase; as I knew she was always on my side watching out for my best interests.

She was on top of everything and helped answer all my questions thoroughly. She watched out for me and made sure that I got the very best deal both times. I loved my apartment and now I love my condo.

ZillowVERIFIED Elena helped my wife and I buy our first condo/townhouse in Newton! From our very first meeting, we found her to be very professional, thorough, and responsive. She's comfortable with technology and all forms of communication whether it be email, text, or chatting apps; we set-up a Whatsapp group chat to ease communication and whether it was early 7:00am or late 12:00am she was always available with no complaints. As first time home buyers with all sorts of questions at every turn re: preliminary offer process, appraisal process, closing process, we really appreciated that. At our request, Elena also helped recommend a list of local mortgage brokers and a list of real estate attorneys, which was really helpful. Overall we really enjoyed working with her, she takes pride in her work and ensures she delivers quality service. She smoothed our whole process and made our first-time home buying process a memorable and joyful experience start to finish. We look forward to working with Elena again!

ZillowVERIFIED Elena is so great and professional as a realtor. She helped me buy a condo in Cambridge. My budget is tight and the housing market right now is so competitive. However, Elena is so patient and knowledgeable to help me analyze the market and search all the potential houses for me. The best thing of her is that she is not eager to persuade you buying, she just analyze all the pros and cons, and help you to make a good decision by yourself. Not just buying, she is helpful in the whole process. I highly recommend her for anyone trying to buy even your budget is tight.

ZillowVERIFIED Elena helped us buy our first house. She was very helpful throughout the long process, and extremely responsive whenever we got questions. She offered to do comparison analysis for us in the area when we found a house that we were interested, and we received it on the same day! That's efficiency! She also got a software that I was able to sign the paper electronically, even on my phone when I was on vacation. Elena is very passionate about her work, as she also has her own blog about real estate! I very much appreciate her help and I highly recommend Elena as your real estate agents!

ZillowVERIFIED I rented an apartment that was listed with Elena. She did a great job of marketing the property and providing all the information I needed upfront. She was also very helpful in facilitating the transaction with the landlord and even converted paper documents to electronic ones to expedite the process. I will definitely use her again for my future real estate needs.
