ZillowVERIFIED We started our journey of looking for our first home in the middle of 2020 right in the height of the pandemic, and Elaine was nothing short of amazing. She takes is job seriously and is always looking out for the best interest of her client. Elaine is not only extremely professional and knowledgeable but always works with a sense of urgency. As someone who always is on top of my paperwork and moving at a quick speed I needed someone who would keep up with my needs, and she never ever let me down. There was never a time I would call with a home that we wanted to see where she did not have us scheduled for a showing with in a few hours, if not sooner. Our experience with Elaine even goes one step further, not only did she help us find the right home she was there every single step of the way. Our journey was hard from the beginning til end, between loosing about 6 or 7 homes due to bidding wars, to finally winning and having an extremely difficult seller. Elaine never let us loose sight of our goals and never let us down. No matter how many questions I called with (even ones realtors dont normally handle) she would help us or guide us as to where we could find the answer. Elaine is not only a good realtor but a good person as heart, which is what makes it easy for her to do her job well. We have been in our home now for about 7 months and couldn't be happier. My wife and I are impulsive by nature and without Elaine's help, we probably wouldn't have found the perfect house for ourselves. We looked at dozens of homes, and Elaine made herself readily available to schedule appointments and accompany us to showings, many of which were on nights and weekends. She was incredibly honest and did not allow us to settle for a home that we were not 100% satisfied with. Her searches for homes in our criteria were very thorough and inclusive. She has a pleasant personality and is an excellent negotiator when offer time comes around. In addition to finding our home, she simultaneously sold my parents home, which I was living in at the time.
