ZillowVERIFIEDI cannot possibly express how amazing it was to work with Elaine in the sale of my parents home! She is so incredibly knowledgeable, and has a solid team of professionals always ready to assist her clients needs. She made me feel like I was her one and only client, and was available to me anytime I needed her. I truly dont know how she does it all, but I could not have gotten through it without her! I would tell any potential seller or buyer that they could not be in better hands. Elaine is a consummate professional, and you will have the best experience working with her. She truly cares about her clients, and you will come to count her as a true friend, not just an agent you worked with. Five stars? More like five hundred stars! Trust me.

ZillowVERIFIED Elaine was invaluable to us when we sold our mother's house. We live an hour away and it was difficult for us to get there. Elaine took care of everything we needed so we only had to be there to take care of any personal things. She arranged for the necessary renovations and went to the house to let people in. She found everything we needed to make this process as easy as possible for us. We highly recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED Elaine is extremely knowledgeable, resourceful, trustworthy and a pleasure to work with. Her expertise and experience is unmatched. She was involved from start to finish and was always ready to go the extra mile to make everything as smooth as it could ever be. She is an asset to the real estate industry where others in the industry should find a way to get mentored by her and learn how to better themselves. Buyers and sellers should actively seek her out for their transactions.

ZillowVERIFIED Let the results speak for themselves: my late fathers house closed 48 days after it was listed by Elaine at over asking price! She was incredibly easy to work with, always available, went above and beyond not just in the home sale process, but in helping me get people to take my late fathers furniture, and had contacts to help me get the things done I needed to in order to get the house sold aEUR" this was especially important because I was doing this from the other side of the country and never once had to fly to NJ as Elaine had it all handled. She is a true pro, knows the ins and outs of the Lake Ridge community, and is a joy to work with.

ZillowVERIFIED It has been my privilege to once again work with Elaine. Our most recent transaction taking place during a very emotional time when my father and I were both grieving over my mothers recent passing. Elaine is very passionate about her work. Her wealth of knowledge, patience, and professionalism make her an industry expert. She represents her clients attentively with their best interests at heart. Some people will argue that a house will sell itself. I disagree. Its the true eye of an experienced realtor that recognizes the impact that simple changes in a home can enhance a sale. aEURoeLess is moreaEUR?, as Elaine said to us. And indeed it was! As we had a contract within hours of listing, well over asking. Thank you Elaine. You were a rock, a friend , during a very vulnerable period in our lives.

ZillowVERIFIED Just closed on our mom's house in Toms River, NJ thanks to the efforts of our realtor, Elaine Certa-Morrison. Our mom had always told us to use Elaine when the time came and we were not disappointed. Elaine guided us through every step of the process and her recommendations were spot on. I'm sure it doesn't always work as smoothly as it did for us but we listed the house on a Wednesday and had a buyer at the full asking price by Friday. Thank you, Elaine!!! It was a pleasure to work with you. Your guidance , professionalism and expertise were greatly appreciated.

We had already observed her dedication to obtain the best outcome for her sellers Elaine showed strength based on her vast knowledge and experience with buyers & agents in a professional manner. She quickly became our friend At the time of our potential sale she stepped in where needed to complete, inform & correct errors and omissions In the final steps of our closing. ZillowVERIFIED My experience with Elaine Certa Morrison has been a very positive one in selling my house at Lake Ridge from day one. She is professional, intimately knowledgeable about Lake Ridge as she lives here and has for many years. Of course, she fully understands the market and knows all properties within Lake Ridge available at any given time. Elaine just sold my home at asking price which is sort of normal for her or above asking.Elaine is the only realtor you need to contact if you want a person who cares about each and every client in the same professional way.

ZillowVERIFIED When it comes to Lake Ridge Real Estate there isn't any one better to help you buy or sell a home. She knows the rules, what needs to be done, who can get it done and how to get it done. We had to do this transaction long distance and Elaine made it as easy as possible. Elaine is well known and liked by the lawyers, Fire Department Inspectors, contracts etc. Her contacts make things go smoothly where I could imagine the difficulties we might have run into if we chose someone else to represent us. And she also got us a good price for the house.

ZillowVERIFIED We recently had the pleasure of working with Elaine Certa-Morrison to sell our home in Lake Ridge Toms River. Five years ago, we contacted Elaine to help us sell our home in Toms River and move to Lake Ridge. Elaine found the perfect home for us and successfully sold our former home. We found ourselves having to re-locate to Virginia. Unfortunately, this was at the same time as the Coronavirus 19 pandemic. We had no expectations for a quick sale, but Elaine encouraged us to list our home and see what the market would bring. We had an offer within 24 hours and a contract within days. We feel you could not find a better agent than Elaine Certa-Morrison as your real estate agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Elaine in a word was excellent, no caveats. I was given the name of 3 agents to consider by my attorney since I was an out of town seller. I met and experienced all three, not just by interview but by actions, and Elaine stood heads and shoulders above them. Her knowledge base, her accurate and honest advice, her fast and thorough communications, and the follow through made me happy and I could not have asked for anything more from her. She listens and she is respectful. Honestly I am a picky consumer and not the easiest to please, and Elaine pegged the meter on all counts. I am grateful to her and lucky she was there.

ZillowVERIFIED I cant say enough about Elaines abilities, knowledge and experience. I have owned and sold personal and investment homes many times and have experience working with a broad array of agents. Without any hesitation, Elaine is among the very best. She knows what to do, what needs to be done and how to get it done. All agents do the basics, (i.e. photos, documents, MLS listings,). But the way it's done matters. Elaines attention to details is exceptional, and her market knowledge is truly invaluable. Most importantly, her depth of experience shines when you need her professional judgement regarding offers and the contract. She is the difference between listing and selling at the best price, or listing and waiting to sell, forever.

She is the top selling agent in Lake Ridge/Toms River, because she lives there and knows how special it is. I trusted her from the beginning and she sold our house with no problems whatsoever. Elaine texted, called and email often, so there was never an issue with communication. She let me know when there was a showing and shared the feedback after every one of them. ZillowVERIFIED What a find when we chose Elaine to help us relocate to South Jersey. We picked her from the stellar qualifications she had received online and she over delivered on the quality and care she gives to her clients. My sister and I wanted to retire in a location that was close enough for travel back north, yet affordable enough to be happy near the shore. Elaine not only met us with open arms to show us around several communities, but she spent the entire day making sure we would have enough insight as to choosing the right area for our needs. She not only did this on our first visit, but several times. Her knowledge of location, amenities, affordability, and style of home gave us the ammunition to make an informed decision that ultimately turned out to be the best move we ever made. Elaine was always available to answer questions and guide us through the closing process flawlessly. We hope you choose Elaine when making one of the biggest decisions in your life by purchasing a home from her. The journey which can be stressful will be smooth and sound with the right agent. Elaine is your best choice.
