She isnt only super sweet and friendly, but she is also very knowledgeable in everything real estate and on top her game with all of the different kinds of loans that are out there. My specific loan was a little more complicated than most. Certain criteria had to be met in order for me to be able to buy and she took that into consideration when showing me houses and explained everything along the way. I really appreciated the fact that she answered her calls and texts right away and any house I wanted to see she would get us right in. Not only did she show us a house but she also was there to help us through the entire process of buying the house. We even went through the additional issues of the original homeowner passing away during the contract process, so we had to wait on a judge to appoint a power of attorney for the property before we could sign the final papers. Any questions/worries we had or problems we ran into, Elaina was right there with an answer or a solution. She worked with us and was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had even though we work strange hours and would reach out to her outside of normal business hours. In the end we ended up with a cute little newly remodeled house right within our budget which we closed on a couple weeks ago.She was a treat to work with, forthright about the properties we saw, and kept on top of everything so that we could get to closing and jump through all the necessary hoops.

I was very comfortable talking with her about my budget and how I could not go above it. I also told her what I liked and didn't like. She showed me a few homes but never tried to get me to spend over my budget (very important to me) no pressure! She explained the whole process to me and was always so cheerful! She also did a great job of staying on top of the where we were in the process after listing. The house had an offer and was sold within two weeks of listing but the close date was 90 days from offer acceptance. Elaina stayed in contact with the sellers realtor giving us progress updates removing a lot of stress caused by an extended close.
