ZillowVERIFIEDEileen was amazing! She was trying so hard for us to find a home in our current school district and within our price range when there was hardly anything in our area that was move in ready in our range. She truly cares about helping families find a home that will work for them. We saw some that we walked in and it was very apparent that it would not work for our needs. She took all the notes we gave her and found us the perfect home!!! The home she found for us is a better than we could have ever hoped! It met every single one of our needs and even gave us a bonus lake view year round!!! We will always recommend Eileen Stevens to anybody who wants to buy locally! She was always available to talk if you had questions and on the off chance she wasnt she got back in a very timely fashion! She also has worked with local lenders and has recommendations on them as well.
ZillowVERIFIEDEileen did an excellent job getting our house listed and sold all in one week! She helped us out and kept us calm. The sale went smoothly! I would highly recommend Eileen if you are looking for a Realtor who is committed to helping you with your Real Estate needs. Whether buying or selling.
ZillowVERIFIEDEileen was so easy to work with during our three-year search for a home. She was kind, knowledgeable, compassionate and best of all, NOT PUSHY. It took a long time to find our home and there were many ups and downs; Eileen was always patient, upbeat and supportive. She did an amazing job negotiating and leading the process along too. My wife and I highly recommend going with her to find your home.
ZillowVERIFIEDEileen spent almost 2 years helping us find our perfect home! Once we found it she sold our home in under a month! She?s kind and understanding with the patience of a saint!! We cannot say enough wonderful things about her!!
ZillowVERIFIEDThankful for meeting and having the opportunity to work with Eileen Stevens. Been looking for a second home for some time and Eileen made this experience comfortable and possible from a distance. Eileen has a good understanding of the market and meeting the needs of the client. She is responsive and an excellent communicator with details on each transaction, dedicates the time to completing each task. Eileen also networks very well with outside sources such as loan officer, inspector, attorney, and contractors. I am fortunate that we crossed path through this experience ? her personal integrity is exceptional and love Eileen?s laugh!
