Then, a few years later, when we were dealing with selling another property, we called her for information that really was not going to be business for her, and she was still responsive, helpful, and just absolutely professional. Several months went by and eventually we decided to sell that property. One call to Nicki and we were on the way. In addition to everything else, she made recommendations for how to stage the house, and what that should cost. Whatever she did worked perfectly, and I think the transaction ended up serving all involved. If we ever have other property transactions in California, we will be calling her.
