ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I met Eileen at an Open House for one of her clients. We live nearby and were just starting to think about looking at houses. After we left, we both remarked how great it was speaking with her and her colleagues. She wasn't pushy at all, unlike some others we had met at other open houses. About a week later, she called me on the phone and asked if we were at all interested in the house. Again, not being at all pushy. The house was a bit out of our budget so we weren't interested in that but after chatting with her a bit and then talking it over with my husband, we decided that she would be the perfect fit to help us find a home...and after about 3 months, she did do just that. During the process, we must have looked at almost a hundred houses; some with Eileen and some on our own. We also put in several offers before one was accepted. In any case, she was great with answering any of our questions in a timely manner. Ive worked with several realtors over the years, and the majority has done a great job, however, Eileen really raised the bar in comparison. There was never any doubt that it was always about our best interests, and not simply aEURoeclosing the dealaEUR?. While she was juggling many clients, we always felt as if we were her only client. We were initially impressed with her research and positioning advice from the start, and that level of competence, work and detail remained constant past closing, even showing up the day of our move to take the last trash away!
