ZillowVERIFIEDEileen did a fantastic job selling our house. Originally our house was listed with another realtor and I had thought the house would sell itself. It was a great house, fairly priced, in a desirable location. Even with that we just werent getting the results we expected. We switched to Eileen and the difference was immediately apparent. She presented us with a marketing strategy on the first day which helped target potential buyers. Her experience and professionalism was reassuring and she helped us through the entire process. She did a fantastic job and I highly recommend her to anyone interested in selling a house.

ZillowVERIFIED Eileen helped us buy the perfect home for us in Orlando, and then turn around and sell that home 14 months later when we needed to relocate for a job. She is the best of the best: always timely, professional, and willing to help. She gave us space to make our own decisions when buying, and managed the sale of the home once we had already moved. We loved working with Eileen and would not hesitate to partner with her again.

ZillowVERIFIED Eileen was very helpful with the selling of our house. She was always available to answer questions. During the time we were under contract we were not living in the home and she was always willing and eager to meet however we had come to the house to get it ready for the final walk through.

ZillowVERIFIED It was a privilege working with Eileen from both perspectives as a buyer and later on as a seller. I was appreciative especially of her use of technology, knowledge of the market (specifically specialized programs to assist both buyers and sellers) and availability for my numerous questions. Without a doubt I would work with her on future investments and refer her to family and friends.

ZillowVERIFIED Eileen is a real pro and she went above and beyond to always be helpful and available to answer all my questions. As a first time seller, I had many questions and anxieties, but Eileen was always there with answers and good advice. She made the whole process go smoothly and from the beginning, I knew my house was in good hands. Im in awe as to how Eileen took such good care of me and managed the sale of my house while I was 1100 miles away. She is an amazing realtor!

ZillowVERIFIED We would definitely recommend Eileen! She was very professional and helpful throughout the process of selling our home! We were an out of town seller and she represented us when we could not be present. Very honest and responsive whenever we needed her!

ZillowVERIFIED Eileen was very easy to work with. She listened to what we wanted. She is very familiar with the area, which was helpful to us since we are new to the area. She was very helpful in negotiating the purchase of our home. She is probably the first realtor we have ever used who did not show us a lot of homes above our price point.Eileen is a true professional and a pleasure to work with.

ZillowVERIFIED Eileen knows the area and the market. She always seemed willing to do whatever needed to be done to move us through the process of finding a home. At the same time, she guides, she does not push.

ZillowVERIFIED Choosing the right realtor to represent you is a very important decision. In our pursuit of both buying and selling a home, we wanted a realtor who was well versed on identifying our needs and directing us to quality homes that might best suit us, as well as being familiar with the particulars of the amenities of each house that we chose to visit. Being able to share the attributes of a particular neighborhood is also very helpful. Eileen fulfills all of the above and is well versed in real estate contracts. She represents your best interests in your negotiations.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I chose Eileen strictly on how attentive, tenacious, and persistent she was.... and we saw all of this BEFORE we requested that she become our realtor!!! Eileen was very responsive to our requests, needs and desires and when the time came, she expertly guided us through the process of writing the strongest offer and even moving through the period of negotiation in order to help us attain a status of being under contract!!!! Once that happened Eileen was perfect at making sure we were on schedule with things such as getting the home inspection done as well as making sure the appraisal was scheduled and then finally she surprised us with the wonderful gift of a 1 yr home warranty policy!!!! That really set our minds at ease. Eileen did not disappoint us, she was everything that we saw before securing her as our realtor and even more than we even imagined after she said yes!Working with Eileen was such a pleasure as well as a breeze that we are making personal references to our friends and family members who were watching our process from the sidelines, and are now ready to purchase a home themselves! Eileen is truly THEE best at what she does!!!! She puts your mind at ease by her expert guidance! We loved that we ALWAYS felt that she was totally working for us, and the things that she did were to ensure that the end result would be in our favor! If a hands on realtor who is all about making your wishes her priority, is what youre looking for, then Eileen Eskew is the realtor for you! Send her an email today, she will respond to you today!!!!Stanley & Danette Billings

ZillowVERIFIED Eileen was really on top of things. With her help, we were able to select a home and acquire a contract in about a week! She made the process easy and I would highly recommend her. While putting together the contract, she even included a provision that the seller would pay for a home warranty - not something we would have even considered on our own. We are happy we had the warranty because we had to repair the heat and a/c unit and we are thankful we had an agent who went above and beyond.

ZillowVERIFIED We contacted Eileen right before Christmas to help us start our home search after moving to a new state. She responded immediately and set up a meeting with us that week. After meeting multiple Realtors, we were most comfortable with Eileen not only because of her personality, but also because we felt very confident in her knowledge of the market in our area. We met to discuss our needs and we were off! She recommended types of homes, areas, and neighborhoods. After looking in person for only two days, we signed on our home! She was extremely helpful in the contract and financing period. She answered questions, followed up with people, and kept on top of us to get things done on time! Our entire closing process was extremely smooth and we knew exactly what was going on thanks to Eileen! Even now that we are all moved in, she has checked up on us and will be coming out to help us with the interior design of our new home! We would definitely recommend Eileen!

ZillowVERIFIED Eileen Eskew has been the best Realtor my wife and I have ever worked with. She gave us pointers in helping the sale of our house in Indiana go faster. When we got with her to see houses in Daytona our time was limited and she had it all planned out and it went very smooth. We know without her help we wouldnt have been able to make this move.

ZillowVERIFIED Eileen was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with, which was helpful as we were moving to Orlando from San Diego and needed extra long distance attention. Eileen is very familiar with the local market and the market trends of Orlando. Eileen did find us a home that we are very happy with but also assisted us with finding a good leader, home inspector, Title Company, insurance company, to insure our new home, a pool company to watch over our pool during the transition and much more! Eileen helped to make our move to Orlando very smooth!
