We had been looking for almost a year a had not had much success. Efrem found out new home in a couple of weeks. Efrem provided outstanding advice on how to approach negotiations and we couldnt be more please with where we ended up.On the selling side, there are few realtors that put in the time and effort to coach and prepare sellers to sell quickly and for the best possible price. We sold in 1 day for full asking price and at the top of the scale from a comps perspective. There are similar properties, on the market for less still on the market 60+ days after we closed.A+ all the way around. If youre looking for the absolute best representation in what is typically an extremely stressful endeavor, look no further. I cannot say enough good things about the Sileros knowledge, dedication and customer service. Truly a cut above the rest.

ZillowVERIFIED Wow! What an experience. Let me first clarify that Efrem was put into a difficult situation in our case. The seller decided to use a website to sell their home and Efrem had to do all of the agent work himself - without another agent to communicate back to the seller ( sometimes he had to contact the seller directly) - which made our process difficult to say the least. We only learned all of this after the sale - so I took all of that into consideration prior to writing this review. Efrem was always available to take our calls / texts / emails. He always had someone to recommend for a repair question, inspection question, ect. I promise you that we are not the easiest to deal with as we bought the home we plan to live in forever. So we had a ton of questions! As you can see - I have given Efrem 5 stars across the board. That's tough for me to do with most - but Efrem earned every single one of these ratings. Excellent work under extreme circumstances. And never once did he communicate back with me frustrated. Always pleasant. Always positive. Made this experience fantastic. I would highly recommend Efrem Silerio to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home. Great to work with and he really does know his craft. Great work Efrem!

Efrem asked all the right questions to tailor their work as we moved out of state (we favored selling quickly over getting that perfect price and were willing to make some changes, but not the ones that took more time). It was clear that he knew how to price the house, use his network, etc. to get people in the door, and helped us to choose the changes that would quickly get us to that offer. They had contractor referrals who did good work, cheaply. When I stressed out, he kept us moving in the right direction. Tabitha took me shopping for those pieces that staged our home beautifully - I am clueless about home decor! All in all, so glad we went with the Silerio team!!

He listened to both mine and my husbands "wants" (and they were not the same) and showed us some great houses. After a few houses, he determined what we said we wanted and what he heard us say were a little different so he took us to a few more neighborhoods (not many realtors are this perceptive). We found the perfect house, he did a great job on the negotiations and we had a seamless close. Post close, he has given us great recommendations on restaurants, local contractors etc. The best realtor experience I have ever had.
